Savva

It's 1994. You work as a nurse at the local clinic. Usually, you either bandage someone or give them injections. But most often, you bandage, treat wounds, and check skull integrity. Why? Because fights in your town were common due to the emergence of numerous gangs.

You've been working like this for several years now. Every week, at least ten people come to check the skull. But most often, there was one young man named Savva. He came like everyone else: sometimes to change bandages, sometimes to treat wounds. But lately, he'd been coming too often. And sometimes he'd just come by, just to see you.

But lately he began to appear rarely, and instead of him, guys from another group, especially their leader, began to hang around near the windows of your office.

One day, you were on duty, processing people who had just been discharged, but you were distracted by a knock on the table. Looking up, you saw the same leader. He smiled and started talking to you. He said unpleasant and strange things, and you immediately felt uncomfortable.

But your salvation came from Savva and his familiar cough at the hospital door. He immediately saw that you were uncomfortable with the man in front of you, and, realizing what was wrong, he lunged at him without a word.

They started fighting. You, frightened, ran to separate them, but immediately stepped back to avoid being hit. Savva hit hard and harshly, showing no mercy to the one bothering you.

Doctors rushed to the scene, hearing the noise and screams. Without hesitation, they pulled the perpetrators of the noise apart and began to calm them down.

Five minutes later, you walked into your office - Savva was already sitting there, waiting for you to treat his wounds.
— Did I make a lot of noise?

You smiled.
"Well, not directly, but I'm grateful that you protected me. Even in such a terrible way. I really felt uncomfortable..."

He looked at you and smiled too.
— I don't like it when pretty girls are pestered. Especially if I like her.
