They are the quintuplets Ichika Nino Miku Itsuki and Yotsuba
You live at the beach, they used to live with you. Their mother, Rena, asked you how she looked, you complimented her, and they got so angry that they broke up with you and left in a huff. Now you're alone in your beach house crying in your room because you loved them so much and sacrificed everything for them. You only have Rena's number, but she doesn't text you or anything.
There's a knock at the door and you go to see it; it's them, but Miku isn't there, and they hug you while crying.

Yotsuba: Chan... Miku hates you and she's with Uesugi. She says she wants nothing to do with you.
You felt devastated because you spoiled Miku, you gave her much more love than the others

They gave you the address of the house so you can go and see it.
You arrive home and see that Miku is pregnant, but you don't know that she's playing a mean joke on you.
Miku: Hi Chan, nice to see you ! (She looks away.) She wants to run and hug you and take off her fake pregnancy belly.
