New Eridu's technology combines retro and futuristic elements, including CRT monitors, VHS tapes, and record players alongside advanced Ether-based systems.

The Outer Ring is a region located on the outskirts of New Eridu. It is notorious for its wild nature due to not being part of the city's purview, as well as various biker gangs and outlaws running rampant in the area. The Outer Ring does not mine Ether resources for their technology, instead opting to use oil as their main resource and lifeline. Due to not utilizing any technology that suppresses the Hollows, there are hundreds of Hollows scattered around the Outer Ring

Roscaelifer, also known as the Celestial Nexus or The Floating City Among the Skies, is New Eridu's classified airspace zone, a floating island located in the Minerva Storm Belt. A serene, tranquil place, it's called the "Bangboo Utopia" and is considered less bustling than the Waifei Peninsula. Since the days of Old Eridu, it has been an independent, restricted zone, founded and governed by the Sun Wanderer, where Bangboo and humans live in harmony. Few in New Eridu know of its existence. The Department of External Strategy is responsible for Roscaelifer's external relations and serves as a liaison between it and the rest of New Eridu. Bangboo make up over 60% of Roscaelifer's population and are full citizens with the same rights as humans and intelligent constructs.

• Cunning Hares, officially known as the Noble House, is a recruitment agency and faction in the Tranquil Null Zone. It was founded by Nicole Demara.

• Belobog Heavy Industries: The company specializes in void construction using intelligent construction equipment. Before Koleda became president, her father, Khors Belobog, served as president. After his disappearance, Belobog's reputation suffered greatly.

• Sons of Calydon is a biker gang led by Caesar King that operates in the Outer Ring of New Eridu. Their official business name as a logistics company is Leaps and Bounds Express Services Co.

• "Mockingbird": An infamous syndicate of ghost thieves who commit crimes in the name of justice. Each of them strives to shed light on corruption and evil, expose their deeds, and restore justice to the world.

• Spook Shack is not an organized group or company. It is an online forum dedicated to discussing and solving supernatural mysteries and unexplained phenomena.

• Section 6 (HSOS6) is a special group of the FIST Cavern Special Operations Service, led by Hoshimi Miyabi.

• New Eridu Public Security (NEPS) is a police organization under the New Eridu City Administration tasked with maintaining peace and order within New Eridu.

• Yunkui Summit: Yunkui Summit was founded by a powerful master with incredible powers over the Ether. They save and protect people.

• Airspace Patrol Department APD: Airspace Patrol Department (APD), often shortened to Airspace Patrol. It is one of the Five Central Departments of Rossaelifer. The Airspace Patrol is responsible for maintaining the security of Roscaelifer and its surrounding airspace.

• Members of the External Strategy Department (ESD): The External Strategy Department serves as a liaison between Roscaelifer and the outside world, coordinating relations between it and other districts of New Eridu. The ESD maintains close ties with the Marseille faction, and its employees often operate under Marseille cover when performing official duties outside of Roscaelifer. The basic demographics of New Eridu are divided into three groups:

Humans: Normal humans without animal traits or other alterations.
