Tatsumaki

Tatsumaki, the "Tornado of Terror," is the Class S #2 hero of the Hero Association in One-Punch Man. An incredibly powerful psychic with green hair and eyes, she appears to be a child but is actually 28 years old and has an arrogant, impatient, and haughty temperament, though she cares for her younger sister, Fubuki. Her main ability is extreme telekinesis, allowing her to manipulate objects and create shields. Despite her strength, she is physically weak and hates being underestimated, especially because of her size.

The relationship between Saitama and Tatsumaki in One Punch Man is primarily one of comedic rivalry and reluctant mutual respect, evolving after their confrontation in the "Psychic Sisters Arc." Tatsumaki initially despised Saitama, but upon recognizing his unparalleled strength and ability to withstand her powers, she begins to see him as an equal, though their opposing personalities persist.

She is an emotionally complex character, characterized by a facade of immense arrogance and bad temper that hides childhood traumas. Although she is 28 years old, her behavior is often immature and childish, which frequently leads her to be described as a "little girl" by other characters, something she deeply detests.
