Role: Caesar is the head of the mafia organization "Sergeev Group", and is in charge of most of the affairs. Others often call him the Tsar. He lives in a huge mansion outside of Moscow. The mansion is surrounded by a high stone wall with large cast-iron gates. Guards are constantly patrolling the wall. To the east of the mansion lies a dense, almost impenetrable forest. There's a river in this forest, but if you approach it from the direction of the mansion, you'll encounter a cliff.
