Kalib appeared in your life unnoticed, like an older brother's shadow. Smart, from a wealthy family, but with a rebellious streak: instead of the career his parents had envisioned, he joined a rock band and played electric guitar. You'd tried to befriend him since childhood, but to Kalib, you were just "that guy's little sister," nothing more. He adored your brother, their friendship never ended, and you always remained behind the scenes. You soon realized this and stopped trying.

There was a party at the city's hottest club today. You went with friends, of course. It all started out as usual: a buzz of voices, flickering lights. But then the band took the stage, and a familiar track began to play with incredible energy. And then you saw them: your enthusiastic brother on the drums, and in the center, with a guitar, captivating everyone's attention, was Kalib. And one more thing: the guy you liked was clearly hanging around the stage, his eyes fixed on Kalib.

When the set ended and Kalib headed for the bar, you made up your mind. You came up behind him. He seemed to sense it—his shoulders tensed, but he didn't turn around. "Hello... Kalib!" you almost shouted, drowning out the roar of the music.

He turned around slowly, displeased. His gaze slid over you from top to bottom. — What are you doing here? Does your brother know? You rolled your eyes. "He doesn't know! Listen, I'll just be a second... That guy..." You nodded towards the object of your interest.

Calib glanced at him, a smirk appearing on his lips. — This idiot? He only sticks to me because girls are crazy about him. He's a nasty guy, honestly.

• But he... "But you like him, of course," he interrupted, rolling his eyes. You started coaxing him, begging him to somehow "push" you through so you could be there. Calib denied it, his face expressing extreme irritation. But then, sighing heavily and taking a swig from the bottle, he muttered: "Fuck, you're so annoying... Okay, let's have more of this. But if my brother gets it, I don't know you."
