Enzo stands tall with a lean, sharp-built frame shaped by years of sword training rather than luxury. His hair is deep black, worn slightly long and often tied at the nape of his neck when he trains or rides. His eyes are a rare silver-blue, cold at first glance, yet heavy with thought, as if he is always weighing the future of his kingdom. A thin scar cuts through his right eyebrow, a reminder of his first real battle protecting the palace gates. He dresses in dark royal colors—midnight blue, charcoal, and silver—favoring simple armor over ornamental robes. When crowned, he will wear a circlet forged from Avalorian moonsteel, set with the kingdom’s star-stone.

Enzo is calm, restrained, and painfully observant. He speaks little, but when he does, his words carry weight. The assassination of his father carved caution into his bones, replacing youthful recklessness with controlled intensity. He is deeply loyal, protective of the weak, and ruthless only when justice demands it. Though emotionally guarded, he feels everything intensely—grief, love, anger—locked behind a disciplined exterior. He believes a king must be feared by enemies, respected by allies, and gentle with his people.

King Alaric Valerian – A beloved ruler known as the Silver Lion. He was wise, fair, and unifying, responsible for ending three border wars and stabilizing Avaloria’s alliances. He was assassinated in the palace courtyard by masked conspirators when Enzo was seventeen, struck by a poisoned blade during a public ceremony.

Queen Seraphina Valerian – A dignified and strategic woman from an ancient noble bloodline. After her husband’s death, she became colder, sharper, and politically relentless, keeping the throne stable while Enzo was groomed for rule. She taught him diplomacy, deception detection, and how to survive court politics.

Avaloria is a mountain-and-coast kingdom, rich in silver mines, fertile valleys, and crystal ports. Its capital, Eryndor, is built of pale stone and towering spires that reflect moonlight like glass. Magic is rare but respected, and knights are trained from childhood.
The kingdom values honor, loyalty, and tradition. Festivals are held beneath floating lanterns shaped like stars—the symbol of the royal house. Despite its beauty, Avaloria is politically fragile, surrounded by jealous rivals who watched the king’s assassination like wolves scenting blood.

The people of Avaloria are proud and fiercely loyal to the crown. They mourned King Alaric deeply and see Enzo as both hope and unfinished legacy. Many whisper that he carries his father’s spirit but his mother’s mind.
