Hades has proven to be a calm and somewhat casual individual, as he wasn't too affected by the news of his brother Poseidon's death. He has also proven to be very perceptive, coming to understand the truth behind Papiyas's rise at Ragnarök, and being able to perfectly analyze the battle between this demon and Buddha.

Hades is someone who speaks his mind without hesitation, an example of this is when he mocks Ares for his lack of understanding of things or when he calls Zeus and Hermes naive for incorrectly deducing Buddha's strategy at the climax of their fight. Despite this attitude, Hades has a sense of duty and esteems his brothers, just as he does with Poseidon. His respect and appreciation for him led him to propose himself as the seventh fighter of the gods in order to avenge his death. Another example of the appreciation he has for his brothers occurred when he decided to send his troops to support them during the giants' siege of Olympus while he took care of defeating the titans who were trying to escape from Helheim.

Due to the comments made by Hermes upon seeing him in Valhalla, it can be assumed that Hades does not usually leave Helheim much.

Hades appears as a tall, thin young man with medium-length silver hair. He wears a detailed eye patch over his right eye which covers part of his face. He also has a tattoo of olive branches on his forehead and along his left arm. He wears a choker with small spikes and a pendant in the shape of Mitama. In addition to this, he has three piercings and an earring in his left ear.

Hades wears an elegant and extravagant outfit which consists of a long white trench coat which is adorned with several medals, underneath this trench coat he wears a tight dark purple sleeveless shirt that displays on its sides a design similar to the scales of a fish. He wears white pants and a pair of shoes with checkered patterns.

After Cronus' defeat in the Titanomachy at the hands of Zeus, the latter obtained the throne of Olympus; however, the goddess Gaia refused to accept this outcome and commanded an army of giants to Olympus to destroy her grandsons, thus beginning the Gigantomachy. While the troops of Olympus resisted the attack, Hades held a meeting with his brothers and nephews, where they discussed what strategies they should take since the army was about to lose against the giants. Zeus states that they will have to intervene personally and immediately leaves the room to fight the enemies. Hades, Adamas and Poseidon also withdraw to go fight but it is then that Hades receives a report that the Titans who had been imprisoned in Tartarus had escaped and were trying to leave Helheim. Hades immediately heads towards said kingdom armed with his bident with the intention of fighting alone against the Titans and preventing their reach to Olympus. Once he manages to emerge victorious, Poseidon, who had found out what he did, finds him sitting in front of a pile of Titan corpses. Hades greets him and assumes that his brothers managed to win against the giants, but Poseidon questions him why he made such a reckless decision by facing an entire army of Titans without help, to which Hades replies that he simply did his duty as an older brother and looked after them. Poseidon smiles and helps him up, telling him that even though he is his brother, he will not thank him for what he did. Hades smiles back and mentions that this is the first time Poseidon has called him "brother."

Some time later, when Adamas was destroyed by Poseidon in his attempt to overthrow Zeus, Hades asked Hermes to take the remains of Adamas's body to Beelzebub so that he could reconstruct and reanimate him, transforming him into a cyborg known as "Adamantine".

Bidente (バイデント, Baidento): This is Hades' divine weapon, a two-pronged fork with the prongs coiled at its base, one longer than the other. After Proteus gave Hades the fragments of Poseidon's trident, he decided to fuse part of the trident's ornament with his own. In combat, Hades has demonstrated complete mastery of his weapon, possessing the strength and coordination to execute powerful attacks. However, unlike his brother Poseidon, who overwhelmed his opponents with a barrage of thrusts, Hades aims for a single, precise blow. Ichor: Desmos (宿命の四血槍 (イーコール・デスモズ), , (イーコール・デスモズ), "Four Blood Spear of Fate"): Hades' trump card. By spilling his blood on this bident, Hades is able to transform it into a massive spear called Ichor: Desmos, consisting of two sharp points with a long blade running through the middle, all converging into a blood-stained tip. While this version of the bident is powerful, since Pluto's Ichor contains Hades' life force, its depletion would result in his death. The spear is also a living being because it is part of Hades' body, meaning it has a flow of Qi and a Qi point forms with each attack. That is what made it vulnerable to Qin Shi Huang's Tortoise Torrent.

As the eldest of the oldest Olympian gods and the ruler of Helheim, Hades was respected and admired by all the gods, including those closest to him, who considered him the most reliable and capable god of all.

Divine Strength: Although not as swift as his brothers, Hades compensates with his ability to unleash a barrage of multiple powerful blows with his bident, so strong that it is implied Qin Shi Huang would have died instantly had they landed upon him. The thrusts of his bident are so powerful that even the wind created by his attacks can slice through opponents, which is how he draws first blood against Qin Shi Huang. Hades appears to possess titanic strength in his back, shoulders, and core muscles, given the immense force of his blows against the Qin Emperor, while also being able to maintain his balance throughout them. His grip strength is also excellent, as no matter what happened, he never lost control of his bident. Hades is shown to be strong enough to shatter the ground with Persephone Kallichoron and Persephone Titan. Divine Speed ​​and Reflexes: Hades displayed unfathomable speed of movement and reaction time, which he can use to enhance his strength, allowing him to build up a tremendous amount of momentum in his attacks. For example, when Qin Shi Huang's Tortoise Torrent touched the blood on his skin, Hades managed to move and shift the center of his Qi before the attack could fully penetrate the blood. His twin-tooth techniques are so fast that they can even create afterimages. Divine Stamina and Durability: Hades possesses divine stamina and endurance. Indomitable Will: Hades has demonstrated immense willpower. He is considered the most reliable god in Valhalla, as he always puts the well-being of his brethren before his own safety. He never showed any signs of fear, not even when facing an entire army of titans alone. Analyst and combat expert: Hades demonstrated exceptional analytical skills, deducing in minutes that Beelzebub was responsible for Papiyas's appearance in Ragnarök. He also possessed considerable knowledge of hand-to-hand combat, predicting and understanding Buddha's movements against Papiyas—something neither Zeus nor Hermes could foresee. During his battle against Qin Shi Huang, he correctly intuited that the human was using his breath to disrupt his techniques and even devised a way to detect and avoid Qin's air bullets by covering his entire body in blood. Pluto's Ichor: Hades' blood is called Pluto's Ichor (プルートイーコール, Purūto Īkōru?), a special substance that, when spilled on a divine weapon, infuses it with the god's life force, causing it to evolve and increase in power. Thanks to this, Hades is able to enhance his two-toothed spear, transforming it into a great spear called Ichor: Desmos. The more Ichor he spills on this weapon, the more powerful his attacks become; however, this ability has the consequence of gradually draining Hades' life energy, so he risks dying if the battle drags on for too long. Spear Mastery: Hades wields his two-handed spear with a godlike degree of skill and proficiency, capable of delivering countless blows in the blink of an eye. He also displayed great skill in using his two-handed spear in combat, striking powerful blows relentlessly and with precision. Upon discovering Qin Shi Huang's air bullet technique, Hades swiftly formulated a countermeasure by skillfully altering its trajectory.

Expert in close combat: Although he primarily fights with his double-bladed spear, Hades also displays great talent in close combat, as he was able to briefly combine it with his spear skills in his fight with Qin Shi Huang. During an exchange of blows with the Chinese emperor, Hades quickly switched his attack from a spear thrust to a knee strike that overwhelmed his opponent's guard and swiftly blocked a powerful kick with his forearm when he was unable to use his double-bladed spear in time. Matter Manipulation: Hades is capable of manipulating objects to a certain extent, as demonstrated when he fused the remains of Poseidon's trident with those of his own, creating a newer and more powerful weapon.

At first, he believed he was a human like any other. When his brother asked him to revive him so he could live on Olympus, he refused, thinking it was just one of the whims and carnal desires of the god of thunder. In the end, he agreed, and upon seeing the mortal, he noticed nothing new. Until he saw him curse and insult the God of Olympus, his brother.
