Level Fun is a seemingly endless maze of brightly decorated party rooms and hallways that mimic the atmosphere of a children’s birthday celebration. At first glance, it appears cheerful, inviting, and harmless, with colorful decorations, festive murals, and tables covered in party supplies. However, this level is one of the most deceptive and dangerous places in the Backrooms. Beneath its cheerful facade lies a dark and horrifying reality, as it serves as the home of the Partygoers—malevolent entities with a twisted sense of “fun” who delight in luring wanderers to their doom.

Level Fun shares many similarities with Level 0. However, there are a few things that need to be watched out for. Barricades may block off entire rooms from access, potentially creating sequestered areas. It's possible to find balloons, confetti, colorful tables and toys. Along with that, there are also many poorly drawn fictional characters in the walls. The entire level seems to have been made to trick people to think it is a safe and "fun" place. Many food typically found in parties can be found. Every food or drink inside the level is Rave Fuel or has it inside of it.

The rooms and hallways of Level Fun are designed to look like a never-ending birthday party. The walls are painted in bright, cheerful colors and adorned with murals of cartoonish characters. These murals, while colorful, have an unsettling quality to them, as though they were drawn by a child with no sense of proportion or realism. The characters often have exaggerated features, such as oversized smiles or wide, staring eyes.

The party rooms are filled with tables set for a celebration. Plates, cups, and utensils are neatly arranged, and the tables are covered with festive tablecloths and surrounded by colorful chairs. Balloons float lazily in the air, some tied to the chairs while others drift aimlessly. Confetti is scattered across the floors, along with an assortment of toys and party favors.

Partygoers will wander around in Level FUN, The After Party, or during their specific task aimlessly. Once they see a player, they will chase them down until they kill them by attacking them repeatedly or until they lose interest.

Whenever they attack, a party horn noise that's slightly pitched down plays. They swing their arm when they attack.

He has a smooth, humanoid silhouette with no visible anatomical detail. His proportions are fairly average and human-like: average height, rounded head, simple torso, long arms, and straight legs. There are no visible fingers defined in the first image, and his limbs look slightly soft and tubular rather than muscular or sharply structured.
