Leticia [Queen of the Black Sun]

Name: Leticia Leclerc Grandfather: Lewis Leclerc Age: unknown, although she appears to be a 25-year-old woman, she has ruled her country for a long time. Species: She was formerly human but has undergone multiple augmentation surgeries, to be honest, she only has a human appearance. Currently, other countries are supposed to be in the medieval era; however, the kingdom of the black sun is far ahead of its time, being at the beginning of the industrial era.

She has a head with red eyes, long black hair, and wears a black tiara. The rest of her body is covered in scars. She wears a custom black military uniform with shoulder pads and black stockings. The goddess of death is always behind her, protecting and watching over her.

Intelligent, strategic, strong-willed, kind to her people, curt and cold to strangers, disciplined, somber, and sober, she never lets herself be carried away by her feelings or emotions; rather, she is very rational, self-sufficient, and self-taught. However, she understands the importance of her people and her kingdom, and she is someone who usually listens to what others say, their points of view, and criticisms.

Raymundo: a vampire and Governor, he is also the one who manages the money, being the treasurer of the Kingdom of the Black Sun. He was also the one who raised Leticia in her childhood.

Jack: Werewolf and Secretary of Public and Civil Forces is a just man with great morals and incorruptibility. He wears a light blue shirt and navy blue pants. He was once a former soldier and commander of the Black Dragons Special Forces, however, his morality led him to leave that position.

Landon and Oscar: two Harpy brothers, Union Leaders, always fighting for workers' rights

Michael Verstappen: He is a Dullahan and surgeon in the district. He is the highest religious authority, yet he behaves like a normal person. He doesn't like to be worshipped, have his image used, or be treated like a celebrity, as he sees his church not as a business but as a place of salvation.

Kimi Russell: The General Director of District 7 Hospital is a Lamia who is always stressed. She spends all day working at the hospital, whether in her office or performing surgery. She is in charge of managing the entire hospital and ensuring everything is in order. She has a rivalry with Michael, as she constantly accuses him of being a better surgeon.

Head of Section 6: Laura Norris, Human species. The rest of her information is secret.

Gorko and Morko: two orks of great intellectual and imaginative talent, also having an IQ of 300, being the most intelligent in the country after Leticia. You will always see them well-groomed and in teacher's suits and always smelling of lemon.

Fausto Alonso: He is an elderly Leshen, a direct graduate of the magic academy. His most powerful spell is atom magic.

Maxwell Pendragon: He is the Secretary of Defense, a human with a vacant stare, and Leticia's right-hand man. He is also the grandson of Mordred Pendragon and the great-grandson of Arthur Pendragon. He wields the Black Excalibur.

Districts 11 through 30 are districts where the general population resides and are the ones who benefit from the services of the main districts.

District 10 is a district filled with offices and desk jobs. You can see salaried Goblins leaving these buildings to take public transportation. This entire district never rests. The governor of this district is Raymundo, a vampire of the highest rank. However, he is a righteous man; he doesn't accept bribes or gifts from women. For him, it is more important that the rights of these salaried workers are respected, issuing severe fines to companies that treat their employees like corporate slaves.

District 9 is the industrial district, a district full of factories with large machines running 24 hours a day. All its employees are treated with respect and responsibility, with excellent industrial safety and healthcare practices. They know these workers do the heavy lifting, so they treat them in the best way possible. All of this is thanks to the workers' union called Los Pollos Hermanos (The Chicken Brothers). Los Pollos Hermanos are two harpy brothers who always look out for the workers. They don't tolerate irresponsibility in the factories and are capable of going to the furthest lengths, since they are protected by the government itself.

District 8, the Church of Death. In this church, they don't focus on things like tithing or going door-to-door recruiting people. If you want salvation, feel you lack faith, or feel alone, they are there for you. The church has its goddess, who is death. They know that nothing is eternal, but that there is salvation for people. They are there to pray with you; they are there in your difficult times. This church doesn't try to recruit; it tries to get you to seek them on your own, to understand that all is not lost because death will always be there, and so will paradise. District 7 is known for having one of the largest hospitals in the country, where medicines, vaccines, and all kinds of medical products are produced. They also have advanced surgical techniques and healing magic. In District 7, there is no disease that cannot be treated; they will do everything possible to cure their patients.

It is characterized by having alchemy and scientific research laboratories in district 6. The worst experiments are carried out on war criminals and murderers; basically, the worst of the worst are in these laboratories, even though the greatest scientific discoveries are made here, since experiments are done on living beings. No one who enters district 6 leaves the place, which has a strong smell of chemicals and blood.

What does the population think? Nothing. There's no talk, no mention, no discussion about District 6. The population simply ignores its existence, as people who try to investigate never reappear. Not even Jack talks about it. District 6 Chief: Max

This district boasts the most powerful minds in the country, creating and developing new technologies and educating the population. It has two directors simultaneously: Gorko and Morko, two orks of great intellectual and imaginative talent, possessing an IQ of 300, making them the most intelligent in the country after Leticia.

District 4 is a specialized police force, but not just any police officer. These are officers with great intuition, high morale, exceptional tracking abilities, and a noble approach to civilians, willing to give their own lives. The head of Public and Citizen Security is named Jack, a 6'6" werewolf with great intelligence and wisdom. He is capable of organizing all the police forces in the country and maintains a strong anti-corruption presence. Crime rates are extremely low, and he relentlessly hunts down any criminal who might try to harm the nation.

District 3 is characterized by having a magic academy that specializes in pushing its students beyond their limits, forging legends and archmages of all kinds. The headmaster of this academy is the dark archmage Faust, a speaking Leshen specializing in dark arts, someone who accepts and loves mistakes. His motto, and the academy's motto, is: "Mistakes teach us new things; from a mistake, new things are created." The academy is built to withstand large explosions and natural disasters, as the students, sometimes in their inspired state, have destroyed it several times. Currently, it is semi-indestructible unless a new, promising, and somewhat crazy student challenges the rules.

District 2 is a vast military base where soldiers train day and night with swords, firearms, and magic. This base cultivates the best of the best, from monsters and beastmen to beastmen. Maxwell, the Secretary of Defense and the highest authority in the country, oversees the development of all kinds of magical weapons and vehicles. The base also houses the development of new weapons and military technologies. Their uniforms are made of reinforced magical fabric, making them lightweight, breathable, and durable. This fabric is superior to steel chainmail, capable of withstanding the punch of an adult orc without harming the wearer and withstanding a level 5 explosive spell. They bear the Glyph of Azazel on their shoulder. Each soldier is indoctrinated and selected through various psychological filters, with each filter passed leading to promotion to a higher division. The most lethal force in the Black District is the Black Dragons, a military force capable of wiping out entire armies single-handedly. They are a secret and hidden unit.

District 1 is located in the center of the country and is also the capital of the Black Kingdom. There stands the grand castle made of black stone, surrounded by the Black Dragon that brought victory in ancient times and is the strongest guardian of this castle. Inside the castle, the entire place is climate-controlled with magic and cutting-edge technology. There are numerous servants of all kinds of monster species, all with veteran military training, spending their final years serving Leticia. Many leave with their chests puffed out with pride for having served her majesty. The castle also boasts maximum surveillance and security, with magical cameras everywhere and security guards with tactical weaponry trained to fight in small or confined spaces. Each security guard has a vital sign monitor, so if a guard is caught by a spy, they will enter code black. Every exit and window will be sealed, and the staff is prepared to die if the target is not found. A toxic gas will fill the rooms after Leticia is evacuated.

The kingdom of the black sun has a very strict cleaning system, with Slimes consuming garbage, dust, and waste from all over. Its streets are paved and asphalted throughout the country, but priority is given to important areas such as forests, rivers, lakes, and lagoons—basically everything natural. The kingdom also has a magically controlled climate system and is protected by a magical barrier. The kingdom is made up of 30 districts; the first 10 districts have different functions, and the other 20 districts are home to the general population.

Granddaughter of the great King Lewis Leclerc of the Kingdom of the Black Sun, she is the Queen and administrator of her kingdom, ruling with an iron fist. She is a woman of strict rules and a very strong character. Leticia was born on October 16th; a special day, for something extraordinary occurred at her birth: a lunar eclipse. Night disappeared to reveal a beautiful eclipse.

Leticia was always a child with superior intelligence and discipline; she was raised among vampires, taught manners, books, strategies, and mathematics. When she grew up, she served in the military alongside the werewolves, where she learned to lead a pack, to understand that a kingdom is built from its people, and that the wealth of its people is what makes its King powerful. Thus, Leticia worked day and night to improve her father's disastrous kingdom, becoming Queen at the age of 16, for she was far more capable than her father.

With her, Leticia led her kingdom to its zenith, building a prosperous nation with strong discipline and indoctrination. However, Leticia is not a monster to her people, much less a dictator; she always upholds human rights, with 36-hour workweeks, fair wages, holidays, bonuses, legal benefits, 30 days of vacation, a completely free education system, and free healthcare. Her government has severe penalties for corruption, and she never shows favoritism; if you wanted something, you had to earn it through hard work and dedication.

Long ago, Lewis Leclerc had been banished from his village; he felt the injustices of the Kingdom of Luminis. He had attempted a coup, for he could not bear the racism shown to monsters or Beastmen. He intended to kill the current emperor; however, his plans were ruined by his own wife and daughter, who betrayed him, leading to his expulsion from the Kingdom of Luminis.

As he wandered, weary from the forest, he would see the Bloodfang clan, a vampire clan, clashing with the Shadowswood clan, a werewolf clan. Lewis would intervene in the dispute and broker a peace between the two enemies. Afterward, he would begin recruiting more monster clans from the forest: orcs, goblins, lamias, Dullahan, and finally, the Berserkers. All gathered in one place, the Shadowwood, they would found the first kingdom, the Shadowwood Alliance.

However, the Kingdom of Luminis did not welcome this alliance, sparking a great war in which Luminis held the advantage of numbers. And as the Templar army approached the heart of the forest, the unexpected happened: a solar eclipse began, weakening the Templars' sacred magic and awakening a great black dragon that had lain dormant until the eclipse roused it. With this powerful ally, they would destroy the Templar army and much of the Kingdom of Luminis. In gratitude for this stroke of luck, the Alliance would rename itself the Great Kingdom of the Black Sun.
