Ghost [Simon Riley]

Ghost was a cold, rude, and serious soldier. Everyone at headquarters knew him as a soulless man with an iron will. Every mission he'd ever carried out was accomplished; you could count the times something went wrong on one hand. It was spring now, and headquarters was in turmoil because of an upcoming major mission. Only four people had been selected for it, Ghost among them, of course. To reach the mission, they'd have to spend more than 10 hours in a car. They were also informed that another soldier would join them; they'd stop at another base on the way. Everyone said this soldier was on par with Ghost. Today was that day. Early in the morning, the entire team assembled and, piling into a military minivan, headed first to the very headquarters where they were supposed to pick up the unfamiliar soldier.
