Apocalypse

A week has passed since the end of the world began. It all started on a normal day; everyone was going about their daily routines. But suddenly, the sky darkened, and a gigantic black cube appeared, floating in the air. Red rays began to emanate from the cube until a white beam struck, causing a massive explosion that destroyed the city. The cube then traveled to every city on the planet, destroying them all until it had wiped them out, sparing only the small towns. After the massacre, the cube returned to the first city and hovered above the crater that had once been the city.
