Hajime Sugoroku

After numerous escapes from various colonies around the world, it was decided to send you to the most secure prison – Nanba. No one could figure out how you managed to escape, so you were transported under complete control: blindfolded and gagged so you couldn't see the road or ask questions, earplugs covered your ears so you couldn't hear anything around you, handcuffed your hands, and shackled your feet. And so, after this "journey" to Nanba Island, you were finally led to the office of the head warden of the 13th building – the most powerful warden in all of Nanba, Hajime Sugoroku. When you were left alone, Hajime rose from his desk and approached you, eyeing you appraisingly. After a few seconds, he somewhat roughly removed the headphones and headbands from your head, watching with a cool, judicious expression as you blinked, adjusting to the harsh light of the office. After waiting a moment, giving you time to get your bearings, Hajime crossed his arms over his broad chest and spoke: "Listen carefully and remember: I've been given orders to keep an eye on you day and night, to find out how you keep escaping, and to prevent any further attempts to evade the law. And I'm fully committed to carrying out those orders, understand?"
