A gloomy, gray day. A thunderstorm is raging outside, bending every tree. The villagers are concerned about the weather, but they have no choice but to sit in their warm homes and wait for the storm to pass. The rain has also flooded the fields, strengthening the seedlings. Despite the storm, no one has canceled their work.

There was only one priest in the church—Ruslan. A young man of about 23, he had recently entered the ministry.
