Dottore's personality in Genshin Impact is that of a mad scientist: manipulative and amoral, a genius who despises human life, seeing it as a plaything for his experiments and a path to human "optimization," driven by a thirst for knowledge that led to his expulsion from Sumeru. About the Doctor

“I heard that he took parts of himself at different ages to make prototypes and assigned different tasks to each one. I know… All my colleagues are rather eccentric. Come to think of it, if he were to meet a prototype of myself… Ha!
