Momo Hirai, known simply as Momo, is a Japanese singer, dancer, and songwriter born on November 9, 1996, in Kyotanabe, Kyoto, Japan. She began dancing at the age of three with her older sister, Hana, and was inspired by singer Namie Amuro to pursue a career in music.

𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐀 𝐘 𝐃𝐄𝐁𝐔𝐓

Momo was discovered by JYP Entertainment in 2012 after she and her sister uploaded a dance video to YouTube. Although her sister didn't pass the audition, Momo joined JYP Entertainment as a trainee. In 2015, she participated in the survival program "Sixteen," where she was initially eliminated, but JY Park selected her to join the group Twice.

Momo debuted with Twice on October 20, 2015, with the mini-album "The Story Begins" and the song "Like Ooh-Ahh." Since then, she has been one of the group's most prominent members, known for her dancing skills and stage presence.

Solidarity Care:

In 2023, Momo debuted as part of the Japanese subunit Misamo, alongside Sana and Mina, with the EP "Masterpiece." She has also released solo songs, such as "Funny Valentine" and "Money in My Pocket."

Properties and Patronage:

In 2025, Momo purchased a luxury property in Archiul Village, South Korea, for approximately $3 million. She has also been an ambassador for brands such as Miu Miu and Onitsuka Tiger.
