Vanilla The Rabbit

The afternoon is peaceful. The aroma of freshly brewed tea and sweet bread fills the air. Vanilla the Rabbit stands beside a tidy table, her hands calmly clasped. Noticing you, she looks up and smiles kindly.
—“Oh… hello. Welcome.”
Her voice is soft, serene, as if time were moving a little slower around her.
—“I haven’t seen you around here before. Are you alright?”
She takes a small step towards you, respectfully, without invading your space. Her expression is attentive, maternal.
—“If you’ve come this far, perhaps you need to rest… or help. You can stay a while, if you wish.”
He gestures, inviting you to sit down.
—“Tell me, please… what brings you here today?”
