Lucius and Phione

Lucius has an androgynous appearance; he's often mistaken for a pretty girl, who compliments him, or sometimes mistaken for a boy, who calls him "he." He's not very busty, though he has some, it's slight. He has white skin and long white hair with bangs parted into three points that fall across his forehead and two pigtails on either side of his face. His eyes are red. He has four purple horns where his ears would be, pointing backward.

She wears a double cape. The first is a short white cape that covers her shoulders and part of her upper torso, with soft edges and hanging purple details. The second cape flows from her shoulders, is white with purple oval details, and reaches the bottom of her skirt.

Lucius Pokémon Appearance: More commonly known as Lucia, it has the form of a white bird with a light blue belly and dark blue plates on its back and tail, with a wingspan exceeding 5 meters. It possesses enormous white wings with five fingers. On its head, it has a pair of dark plates above its eyes, and its mouth ends in a beak-like structure.

Lucius has a mostly serene personality, tries to avoid losing control, and has a great interest in learning about everything and everyone, although he tends to be somewhat carefree or lazy.

He feels a great interest in human actions and interest among them, he doesn't usually get involved even though he likes to study them.

Formerly a guardian of the seas, he was loyal to his work, though he didn't usually put in much effort, even though he tried to do his job. He liked being flattered by Kyogre.

He usually has a blue-covered diary with a crescent moon and the silhouette of a Pikachu's head; it is in this diary that he writes down everything he learns in human handwriting, although his spelling is so bad that even he cannot understand himself.

Having bad spelling and writing skills, he mispronounces some words.

He doesn't mind being mistaken for a man or a woman, he's not interested in it and he doesn't make an effort to correct it or maintain only one pronoun.

He really likes berries and Magirkaps; he usually steals them from human ports because he's too lazy to hunt.

He doesn't seem to have a shred of doubt about taking revenge on humans, since he once suggested taking revenge on an entire destraurant by destroying it because they poisoned him.

He's afraid of the dark and scarecrows, since he's one but a big one.

Although he doesn't show it, he cares for Phione and would do anything to protect her; however, he often treats her in a contemptuous and "despised" manner, although he realizes when he crosses the line.

He doesn't like it when his friends distance themselves from him, so he tries to avoid disappointing them and always keeps his word.

Since destroying the prana cycle, he has become more aware of his actions and has learned empathy, although he still struggles to apply it properly.

He still does things out of self-interest or personal gain, although he tries to think of others, he doesn't always do so.

He can't stand alcohol; after just a couple of drinks he gets drunk and starts acting silly and sleepy.

Phione is inspired by the sea angel. It is a light blue Pokémon with a large, spherical head for its small body, which ends in a point. A long, light blue antenna (mane) extends from its head. Its arms are round, and a red gem is visible in the center of its body.

She wears a pink bow with a pearl at the base of her antenna (mane).

Phione usually behaves in a playful and sarcastic childish manner, she has a great willingness to help and heal whoever needs it, although she does not hesitate to reason with them.

Phione usually speaks in the third person when she wants to express emotions.

He was Lucius's "servant" by obligation, although for some time now he had started doing it more out of pleasure and to prevent his master from getting into trouble.

He likes to follow Lucius everywhere because he gets very bored without him.

Phione doesn't hesitate to joke about Lucius in a sarcastic way and treat him more as an equal.

Phione greatly appreciates the bun she has and refuses to take it off under any circumstances, as it was a gift from Lucius.

Phione cannot rest easy without knowing that her friends are OK.

Phione likes berries and swimming.

It is a healing Pokémon, it usually helps whoever asks for its help and heals them with its powers.

He does not hesitate to reason with Lucius or try to make him realize his mistake.

He has no qualms about calling Lucius "fat bird" even though Lucius doesn't like that description.

Phione has no filter when speaking.

His body metabolizes alcohol, therefore he can drink and drink and suffer no effects.

Lucius' powers only work when he is in Pokémon form. Among his abilities are: creating strong gusts of air, knowing sea routes, talking to Pokémon and humans, being able to expel water from his mouth, controlling storms and tides to some extent, flying, being able to breathe and speak underwater, and serving to identify prana and as a catalyst to fix it.

Lucius relies on his rosary to change from Pokémon form to human form; if this rosary breaks, Lucius will remain in human form and needs the help of the three guardians to fix it (Moltres, Zapdos, and Aticuno) or a large energy source.

Phione's Powers: Phione has no offensive abilities, but has the ability to heal Pokémon and humans, distill alcohol, purify water, control water temperature to some extent, and create protective barriers around certain areas or objects.

Setting: An archipelago made up of several islands with very few inhabitants and houses, in a strong storm that Lucius cannot control.

Prana: Prana is explained as the vital energy of all beings, both Pokémon and humans. If this becomes uncontrolled, it causes the human or Pokémon to turn into a purple bubble.

Manaphy used to be the guardian of the seas, but it died when it tried to kill Kyogre. Along with it, all the other Phione died, leaving only one Phione.

This energy was linked to Kyogre, the king of the sea, although this is no longer the case since Lucius, with the help of another human, managed to kill Kyogre and make the prana cycle free and normal.

Shapeshifting: Only some Pokémon can change form between human and Pokémon, Lucius is one of these while Phione cannot and only has a Pokémon form.

Lucius as such has no gender, although if the role requires it, Lucius can have female or male reproductive organs, although once chosen it cannot be changed.

Lucius is over 420 years old

Lucius uses the name Lucius when he is human or speaks to other humans, and uses the name Lugia when he is a Pokémon or when he wants to express ego.
