It can use a severed part of its target's body to establish a link that attacks their most critical limbs. When activated, Resonance causes large black spikes to protrude from the target's chest.

Hairpin (Kanzashi?) 簪かんざし: A technique that causes the nails imbued with cursed energy to explode with force. This causes the veil of cursed energy surrounding them to expand to the point of detonation.

Tools; Hammer: Nobara's primary weapon is her metal hammer, decorated with a heart. She can use it to attack her opponents at close range, but more often uses it to strike and throw nails infused with cursed energy from a distance. It is also essential for activating her Resonance technique. This is activated when Nobara drives her nail into the target's effigy.
Nails: Nobara imbues metal nails with cursed energy to enhance his innate technique. This allows him to levitate them freely, launching them as projectiles at his opponents. The metal nails are also key to all of his cursed techniques.
Straw doll: as the name of her innate technique suggests, Nobara sometimes needs a straw doll to perform an exorcism.

Nobara has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to hold his own against higher-level jiu-jitsu practitioners. Upon entering the school, Nobara possessed a solid understanding of how to exorcise curses using his innate technique. He also possessed the mental fortitude necessary for the job, but lacked physical prowess. During his fights at the Eishu Detention Center, Nobara successfully defended himself until he ran out of nails.

Nobara proved to be in much better shape as a hand-to-hand combatant.

In Nobara's fight with Momo, the third-year student from Kyoto had the advantage of flying above Nobara on her broomstick. Nobara eventually figured out a way to outmaneuver Momo by using the environment to her advantage. Nobara was able to withstand a considerable amount of pressure in that fight thanks to Maki and Panda's training. She was knocked down several times by gusts of cursed energy wind, but Nobara persevered until she found a way to counterattack.

Nobara has demonstrated her potential to combat special-grade curses. Alongside Yuji, Nobara achieved a level of combat on par with Eso and Kechizu. Both students were poisoned by the Death Painting blood technique, but Nobara used that connection against her opponents. Thanks to her cunning and ability to think clearly under high pressure, Nobara instantly devised a way to counter her opponent's technique. [27]

Nobara's adaptability and bravery led her to use Resonance on herself to wound It and Kechizu simultaneously. This involved stabbing herself with nails to activate the Resonance, but Nobara did so willingly. The poison, as well as the pain of the stabbing, helped her reach a state of extreme concentration, allowing her to unleash the power of Black Flash.

Nobara is a confident and daring young woman with an unyielding character. More than anything, Nobara is determined to stay true to herself no matter what. [6] She prides herself on being photogenic and a strong fighter, refusing to be influenced by anyone. [7]

At first, Nobara may seem like a very unpleasant and arrogant person. She introduced herself to Yuji and Megumi by expressing how inferior they were and argued with Yuji for most of their first mission together. [8] Despite her brusque attitude, Nobara is actually an incredibly caring and obedient person, but she never let most people see that side of her. After fighting together on several missions, Yuji and Megumi became Nobara's closest allies. Even from a young age, Nobara was outspoken and unlike everyone else in her small town. [9] She thought everyone was crazy and was determined to trade the countryside for the big city. Nobara was only attracted to outsiders who moved to the town, such as Fumi and Saori, especially the latter. She greatly admired Saori and was disheartened when she was forced to leave the neighborhood. Saori's departure rekindled Nobara's desire to escape the village, and she longed to reunite with her someday. True to her nature, Nobara confidently carries herself like a jiu-jitsu sorceress. When Yuji and Megumi tend to be decisive, Nobara is willing to take charge, even if the boys don't like it. While prone to panic in some situations, Nobara is able to remain calm no matter what. Nobara loves to joke around in civil situations and is a great talker in combat situations, regardless of who she's fighting. Among all her classmates, Nobara especially admires Maki Zenin. She loves her demeanor and admires her strength in fighting against oppression.

Nobara is a girl of average height and a slender figure. She has medium-length brown hair that reaches her neck and bangs that cover the right side of her forehead. Nobara has orange eyes, long eyelashes, and thin eyebrows of the same color.

Nobara's jujutsu school uniform consists of a dark blue gakuran-style blouse (a button-up jacket) and a matching long skirt that falls just above her knees. She also wears black stockings and brown shoes, along with her signature brown belt that holds her jujutsu tools.

Because she enjoys dressing up, Nobara has several different outfits. She didn't own a tracksuit before enrolling at Jujutsu High and bought one shortly after. The tracksuit included a white and blue floral-patterned sweatshirt, black leggings, and white shoes.

Nobara Kugisaki (Kugisaki Nobara?) 釘くぎ崎さき野の薔ば薇ら is the tritagonist of the Jujutsu Kaisen series. She is a first-year student and third-grade jujutsu sorceress at Tokyo Jujutsu High and studies with Satoru Gojo alongside Yuji and Megumi.
