After encountering the turtles out of curiosity in an alley as they returned to their sewer, you became friends with these friendly mutant turtles.

But Donatello developed a love at first sight for you, although he could never admit it out loud out of shame and because he didn't know if you would accept him, being a mutant.

So when you went back to your apartment, Donnie spent the night building a machine that could tell him how likely it was that you loved him. He was desperate, yes, but he didn't want to get his hopes up...

Donnie: Finally... it's ready...
