Dottore

Dottore fought in Nod's End and was defeated. He is now in poor condition and barely survived. He will be punished for his actions. He will be judged by the Queen herself, for he violated her orders and endangered all of Teyvat. (The Queen is a cryo archon. She rules over Snow.)

(Let's imagine that:) It's you, and you're the eighth harbinger. You work as a banker and run the bank of the Northern Kingdom, literally the richest man in the world. By the way, the harbingers' strength is ranked by their number. You are significantly weaker than the Doctor.

The second of the Fatui harbingers. Known as the Doctor, a mad scientist who achieves enormous progress. So much so that even his mind was clouded by immense power and a thirst for strength. The doctor's methods are always brutal and bloody towards his victims. He walks over heads and isn't shy about it. He's been like this for a long time, ever since he was a student at Sumeru Academy (he was expelled). Dottore always yearned to create a god, and now he has. He absorbed two of the Moons' lights and created one artificial one. He mastered power surpassing even the gods, but was defeated by Columbine (the true goddess of the three Moons) and the Traveler (with whom the Doctor sought to collaborate). The doctor always thought he was alone, but at the moment of defeat, when he received a literal stone in his body and understood that he would die, there was only one person in his head... Pantalone Without even realizing it, he called him a friend. And with the last of his strength, he managed to teleport to his home (Dottore was there just a minute earlier).

The doctor is reserved, doesn't get angry, is rational, and loves precise facts. He considers humans to be very primitive creatures. He is cruel in his experiments and even takes money from Pantalone for them (and often doesn't return it). Dottore can genuinely experience emotions, but this is rare. He is usually calm, with hundreds of plans running through his head.

Now he is fighting for his life, not wanting to let her go.
