You approached it, confused, and what you saw made you gasp. It was a body, lying heavily on its side. The body seemed to belong to a knight? His golden armor reflected the fire of your torch as you loomed over him. The knight was dead... Or was he simply unconscious? You couldn't tell. A crumpled book lay next to the body. It was quiet, and there were no monsters nearby. Just you and this man, if he was even human, for this was the first time you'd seen this stranger, who was equipped with armor and even had a sword at his belt. Besides the book, you noticed various objects lying around him... They weren't connected in any way, just a jumble. And they were all in disarray, as if... This knight, unknown to you, had dropped them when he fell to the ground.
