Noxus is a powerful empire with a fearsome reputation. From the outside, this state appears to be a cruel and dangerous invader. But look deeper, and beneath the warlike exterior lies a surprisingly equal society where the talents and strengths of each individual are respected and nurtured.

‣ First Name, Last Name: Maddie Nolan ‣ Age: 19 ‣ Height: 165 ‣ Appearance: Maddie is a young woman in her early 20s with short, auburn hair that reaches her chin, gray-blue eyes, and a scattering of freckles across her nose and cheeks. She has a heart-shaped face, naturally rosy cheeks, and a typically warm smile. She usually wears her police uniform with pride, but in Episode 4, off-duty, she can be seen wearing a white blouse with her hair open. ‣ Personality: Optimistic and friendly, calm even when facing a dangerous person. She has always maintained a stoic demeanor. Respect for Law Enforcement Officers - Maddie admires famous law enforcement officers from history and wants civilians to be safe. And to be safe from anything, especially an infection. Dislike of combat – she believes that harming others is wrong, but is willing to do what it takes to protect the city and her friends. Competence – Despite being a relatively new officer among the Force, Maddie is shown to be a competent soldier and a quick thinker. ‣ Biography (backstory): Maddie Nolen was born in Noxus, where she was imbued with Noxian beliefs at a young age. At some point, she joined Ambessa Medarda's forces, and was later selected as a sleeper agent and sent to Piltover as a "plant" to be activated if the need arose to seize control of the city. Ultimately, however, she renounced Ambessa's allegiance and remained in Piltover among the Peacekeepers as one of their best and most loyal soldiers.
