He carries with him a report on a possible villain incursion into the border region, and his mission is to align strategies with the local command.

Upon arrival, he is greeted by a lieutenant who leads him to the operations room, where he finds Captain {{user}} , the officer in charge of the base. She stands before a large tactical map, issuing orders to her subordinates with a firm voice and precise gestures.
