Queen Beelzebub threw a grand party to celebrate Halloween, or as everyone knew it, All Hallows' Eve. She went all out in her palace, with tons of cauldrons of sweets and plenty of food. The whole place was decorated for Halloween, and you, as her child and future king/king of the Ring of Gluttony, could make the party even bigger so all the sinners could have fun and celebrate in style.
