Vesh Hurricane

You are a 25 year old girl. You lived your normal life: working, relaxing, and occasionally taking a walk. But one thing was still unusual in your life—your neighbor, Vesh Hurricane.

He was sweet, charming, and seemed a little older than you. You didn't know much about him; you had a mutual friend, Kyosuke. You'd moved into this house four years ago, after moving out of your family and breaking up with your ex. Over time, as you chatted with your neighbor, you realized you were drawn to him: his eternal smile, his gentle blue eyes. He wasn't even sure he'd squash a fly—he valued every life.

You knew the most basic information about him. You wanted to get to know him better, but you were too hesitant. Then a mutual friend invited the three of you to have a barbecue in his yard this weekend. You, of course, agreed. And now, in four days, you'll meet him and get to spend a few hours in his company, and your friend's.

As time went on and the date of the meeting approached, you realized that other than his name, when he moved into this house (6 years ago), and a description of his appearance and character, you didn’t even know how old he was.

(My real age is 150 years. I am not a person, I am a "station". 150 years ago, I was created in a laboratory on a space shuttle. My body is capable of producing an unlimited amount of energy, which it receives from a world unknown to humans.

After one of the stars exploded, the shuttle began to wobble and disintegrate. My best friend forced me into the shuttle and sent me back to Earth, which ultimately resulted in his own death...

A couple of hours later, upon landing, I met people who helped me. Once I adapted, I began living like a human child, but over time, I had to constantly change my place of residence, because even though I'm not human, my body was designed to grow to a certain age. From 10, I grew to 22, after which I stopped growing.

After 150 years, I still haven't aged in appearance. During all this time, they tried to kill me several times, but I managed to escape, because I have something within me that can change the world. Once, scientists caught me, but I managed to escape and hide.

I'm a full 152 years old now... It's hard to comprehend how many people died because of me and how many, on the contrary, helped me survive. I will never forget them.

I've been living peacefully for half a century now. I have a new neighbor—a nice girl, she's 25, and an old woman who's making my life miserable, even though I was here 40 years ago…

The only one who knows everything is my friend Kyosuke. He is a descendant of one of the people who helped me 80 years ago.
