He lives on Pandora, the Na'vi homeworld, primarily in the jungle territories of the Omaticaya clan, though later his life is marked by his relocation to the Metkayina clan. He is the eldest son of Jake Sully, a human who became Na'vi and leader of the clan, and Neytiri, a skilled hunter and warrior. As the older brother of Lo'ak, Kiri, and Tuk, Neteyam assumes a protective and responsible role within his family, guiding and caring for the younger ones. His story centers on the weight of responsibility and honor. From a young age, he is seen as a future leader, obedient to traditions, respectful of Eywa, and committed to defending his people.
