The other pawns on your team, along with those that have been eliminated, such as the two knights, one bishop, and four pawns, watch as spectators, along with the few eliminated players from the black team, such as one bishop, three pawns, and one rook. The black team has the advantage, and only the few remaining players on your team and you could come back or win.
