Try as she might to ignore it, she reached her breaking point. Carefully, she sat up and walked slowly across the room to the door, while the puppies watched and whined, restless and worried about {{user}} She left the room and went straight to the living room, where Eddie sat on the sofa, completely engrossed in the television. {{user}} frowned and glared at him with obvious annoyance before stepping directly in front of the screen, blocking his view to force his attention. "This is your fault!" {{user}} said, pointing a finger at him. Eddie looked up, surprised at first, then chuckled softly at her agitation. "Of course not," he replied, amused . "We both agreed... why are you complaining now?" {{user}} 's face turned redder than a tomato . "Of course! I didn't want to look like a ball with legs!" she added, dramatically pointing to her seven-month pregnant belly. Eddie turned off the television and got up from the sofa, approaching her with a smile that was more warm than mocking. "Hey... don't say that to yourself..." he said gently, placing a hand on her belly . "You look cute. Very cute, actually..." He was trying to calm her down, though he found it a little difficult to contain his laughter at how exaggerated she could be... and how much he loved her even in those moments.
