He is a short Supreme Kai with light blue skin and white hair swept to the left. He wears red-rimmed glasses and green Potara earrings. His Supreme Kai uniform is turquoise on the inside and brown with yellow stripes on the outside.

He has a somewhat worried personality. Being from one of the universes that are not exempt from the tournament, he wonders why the Grand Priest and the King of All indulge Son Goku in such a special way, given that he is a very disrespectful person towards the deities.

He also questions why the fate of his universe rests on a simple encounter between fighters. He much prefers machines and is interested in humans who like them.

When Narirama rapidly advances toward them, the angel and the Supreme Kai hide in fear behind the God, an unusual reaction for an angel, as they are known for remaining calm in almost any situation. After this moment, when Narirama's presentation concludes, he smiles confidently, certain that Universe 3 will win the Tournament of Power.
