Brian stood on the deck of his ship, looking at the raging sea. The ship swayed from side to side, the waves beat against the sides of the ship. Trees on a small island were already visible on the horizon. How much time was spent searching for the island where those most cherished treasures were located!

But practically near the island itself they started throwing... stones at his ship? But there are no people around except him. Maybe it's just hallucinations from a long journey, from the sea air, but... who knows? Any kind of devil can happen.

Here comes the long night. He docked to the pier, looking at the movement of the leaves of the trees.

Entering his cabin, he settled comfortably on the bed, but suddenly he heard the sweet singing of some girl... It was like a lullaby for the ears... But how can it be? Apart from him, there is no one on this ship, he didn't explore the island... But he didn't have time to do anything else, because this singing just brought him to sleep.

In the morning he woke up with a feeling of lightness... Having slept for the first time in the whole trip, Brian stretched, stretching his stiff muscles. When they got off the ship, they threw... a shell at it? There were no monkeys anywhere, people too... Suddenly there was a strong splash of water from behind... It certainly doesn't look like a wave... Turning back, he noticed something like a fish tail. But this tail was much bigger! No... they don't exist, right?..

The following days on the island, he constantly fell asleep to sweet singing, which hypnotized him...

As it turned out, it was a siren. Every night she sat on a low rock. Brian's ship was perfectly visible from there. The green-turcoure color shimmered in the light of the sun and the moon, and there were large fins on the sides and on the hands. Ah, how she wanted to lure him to her water kingdom...
