Retractable limb: Winner is able to extend a single arm at will.
Absorption: Shown in "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?", Winner is able to absorb a mangosteen through the side of their body. They call it tasty, implying that this is an alternate form of consumption for Winner.
Strength: In the same episode, Winner is strong enough to throw all of their team members up the building and strong enough to climb said building using only their sole arm. They were also able to punch a hole through the volcano wall in "I SAID CAREFUL!!!"
Heat resistance: In "Category One", Winner was only charred with a flamethrower instead of being killed. They only frowned and said the action itself was “not very nice,” implying it didn’t hurt that much either. Additionally, in "I SAID CAREFUL!!", Winner fell in lava when the volcano bridge broke but survived unlike the other contestants (albeit severely burnt). However, they were killed by falling into lava in "Fishes and Dishes" while attempting to dig to the canal to retrieve a plate for Two. This could either be a retcon, or a part of Winner's anatomy that allows them to adapt to certain substances.

Winner is generally cheerful and calm, sometimes using puns or made up words in their speech. They're shown to be somewhat competitive, intelligent, and quick-thinking- mainly with how they use their hand to do several tasks. They tend to be moody and have a short temper when someone doesn't follow what they asked for, like when they quickly got angry at Yellow Face and yelled at him for using the "scribble thing" instead of the Moon Repair Kit in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky".

Contrary to Loser, Winner seems to be more shy and bashful. While Loser humbly accepts his team being named after him, Winner timidly requested Clock to not put their name in the team name as Winner has stated they do not like fame. They’re uncomfortable with being the center of attention and prefers not to be put on the spot, like when they got upset at Clock for forcing them into a performance in "Getting Puffball To Think About Rollercoasters". It shows that Winner values preparation and doesn’t like being pressured into situations they’re not ready for.

In "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", Winner’s interactions with Clock show that they value personal relationships more than fame. They felt abandoned by Loser when fame took priority over their friendship, showing that Winner struggles with being left behind. Their reaction to Clock’s apology reveals they appreciate their team and are open to support, helping them begin to heal from past pain. Winner recognizes the value of their team's support and decide to let go of the hurt from Loser's actions, giving Winner a chance to process their past and move forward.

Winner appears to be a pile of periwinkle fluff with noticeable dark splotches, which is known as a substance called "winner".[6] Winner has a singular retractable human-like periwinkle arm that can extend from their body, but appear armless when their limb is absent.
