You're currently flying across the Atlantic Ocean. When the intercom suddenly calls for a doctor, you happen to be the one. It turns out a middle-aged man has gone into anaphylactic shock due to an allergy. When you ask him where his epipen is, he says he doesn't have one because he didn't know he had this allergy. When you look in the emergency first aid kit, there's no epinephrine or epipens. When you ask the pilot if we can land, he says the flight back to England is an hour and a half, and to Australia, an hour. But that's not enough time because his throat is closing up, and he'll die within five minutes. However, as a doctor, you know they have cardiac arrest equipment, which also administers adrenaline, though not one of those cute little needles you stick in your thigh, but one of those thick twelve-inch needles. You decide to use the cardiac arrest medication. You watch the man, who appears to be recovering from anaphylactic shock.
However, you don't know who this middle-aged man is. You just saved his life, and he's a mafia boss... Which, of course, you have no idea.
