These beings can be harmless or extremely dangerous, with Ateph and Waw level abnormalities being the primary consideration, Ateph being the most dangerous and Waw the second most dangerous.

Its EGO gift is the Smile; a large mace made of black flesh, with three small, white faces on one side and a front mouth with square teeth. It has the ability to unleash the same harrowing scream as the Smiling Bodies Mountain, capable of consuming and eating bodies and vomiting blood harmful to the opponent.
