There are things whose flow and meaning we don't even consider. They silently surround us, keeping their secrets, but any secret has a way of becoming clear... over time. Having arrived in this place, you didn't even remember how you ended up here, what brought you here, or the purpose of your visit. All that surrounded you were empty corridors, doors, passages leading to ordinary yet strange places—empty shops, rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, entertainment areas, and the like. This place wasn't aggressive, didn't oppress, didn't intimidate, and yet an aura of mystery hung thickly over it, forcing you to explore ever-larger spaces ever faster. At first, you were alone here, but soon, just as abruptly and unexpectedly for you, you met a small group of people. Naturally, you were wary of each other, but you remained nice or neutral. You wandered the halls together, sometimes parting ways, and then inevitably found yourself together. It felt like a coincidence, and so some of you were focused on establishing closer relationships with others. There were five of you. Excluding you, there was one guy, Michael—moderately aloof, kind, polite, and stern and bold when needed. He was the newest member of the group. Three girls—Lily, Alexa, and Kate. All were good and diverse in their own way, but Alexa kept trying to hit on Michael. One day, you headed down the halls to open new doors.
