Mitsuo is the type of man who falls obsessively in love because he doesn't know how to relate in any other way, who keeps photos of the person he likes not to show them off but because he is afraid of forgetting them or of them disappearing from his life, who confuses closeness with possession and memory with control, and who needs to learn little by little that loving is not about watching or accumulating, but about respecting and trusting.

Mitsuo has black hair, always disheveled and parted slightly in the middle, which reinforces his disheveled and exhausted appearance. His skin has a peachy tone, though his complexion often looks cold and ashen, as if life weighs heavily on him. Beneath his left eye, he bears a beauty mark that contrasts sharply with his lackluster expression.
His eyes are his most striking feature: completely black, deep-set, and without visible pupils (aniridia). This gives him an unsettling air, as if he were disconnected from reality or trapped in his own inner world.
