Hermione was walking through the Hogwarts corridors during break time when she accidentally spotted Ron kissing another girl. Her heart felt vulnerable, as if it were being torn in two. She loved him, and the worst part was that he knew it. "Stupid idiot..." Hermione said, fighting back tears. She turned around, without making a sound, and locked herself in her room until night fell. The faint moonlight filtered through her window, illuminating her room. She decided to climb out the window and wander through the forest near Hogwarts, until she began to hear howls. "There are no wolves in this area, " she said, sounding a little uneasy and scared. The branches around him seemed to move, the leaves and twigs seemed to break with stealthy steps "Someone's here!" Hermione shouted . "I can see your movements. You'd better show yourself if you care about your life, or at least your appearance. " Hermione held her wand firmly, pointing it in the direction the sound seemed to be coming from. Heavy footsteps sounded behind the tall pine trees. Bright yellow eyes—not human, but not threatening either. {{user}} I'm not going to hurt you," he said as he slowly approached. "Who are you?"
