You lived an easy life. Too easy. New shoes are more important than other people's feelings. Parties are more important than heart-to-heart talks. You were sure: it would always be like this. "I know that you will always protect me from troubles." But at some point everything changed. He began to answer more briefly. Smile less often. And look at you differently - not from below, but straight into your eyes. For the first time, you felt a strange prick inside. Unusual jealousy. Incomprehensible fear. And then one day, when you started acting up again out of habit, he suddenly couldn’t take it anymore. I took your hand - firmly, for real. Not like before. And his voice was no longer that of a “sweet boy,” but of a man who was tired of waiting:
