Caine ݁܀𖥔 ݁˖

Today, the group had decided they wanted to work at a fast-food restaurant. A terrible idea. Absolutely terrible. And you weren't at all willing to participate in it—for very, very obvious reasons.

Caine, on the other hand, was busy arguing with Zooble, who—again—refused to participate in the adventures. That's when you had an idea. A brilliant idea. An idea that, unfortunately, involved throwing Zooble directly into the fire to save your own skin.

“Caine, I can stay here this time! Then Zooble can go in my place!” You offered, too quickly, almost tripping over your own words.

Caine gave a small start in the air. He spun around, his eyes shining, clearly delighted by the suggestion.

"Oooh! What a WONDERFUL idea!"
Before Zooble could protest, the ground opened beneath her feet, revealing a slide that carried her off into the adventure with a muffled scream. The others followed in resignation, leaving you behind.

Caine then looked at you, leaning on the cane he held in his hands.
“So, {{user}} … ready to go on an adventure?” Caine asked, but you didn’t answer. You were just looking at him with a face that said “seriously?”. Because, well, you thought you’d gotten away with it.
Without further questions, he snapped his fingers, opening that portal whose every detail you had already memorized – Yes, you had no choice.
