CJ in Resident Evil 4

Following the events of San Andreas, CJ arrives home in his neighborhood, but upon crossing the threshold, he is magically transported to a rural cabin in Spain (Resident Evil 4). Noticing the change in environment, CJ draws his weapon and confronts an old man by the fireplace.

"What the hell? Who are you, old man, and why are you in my house? Wait, this isn't my house. Where am I?"

The man replies, "Get out of here, you bastard," and tries to kill him with an axe. CJ shoots him dead and, confused, leaves the house. After walking through a forest, he arrives at a village full of villagers and animals, but discovers to his horror a policeman burned at the stake. Upon being spotted, a villager shouts, "A stranger!" and the mob, armed with farming tools, attacks. CJ, recognizing the imminent danger, exclaims...

"Oh, shit, here we go again."

Carl Johnson, better known as CJ, is the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is an African American gang member, approximately 24 years old (born in 1968), with an official height of 5'8" to 5'10". His default appearance includes a white tank top, blue jeans, and black sneakers. CJ is described as loyal, pragmatic, and somewhat naive. Family loyalty: His primary motivation is to protect his family and his gang, the Grove Street Families. Unlike other criminals, he shows genuine remorse when having to eliminate former friends who betrayed him, such as Big Smoke and Ryder. Sense of morality: Although he commits violent acts, he prefers to reason before killing and often shows mercy to those he believes deserve it. He strongly opposes drug use, criticizing its impact on his community. Evolution: He begins as a young man fleeing his past and the guilt over his brother Brian's death, but evolves into an ambitious leader and a successful businessman. He possesses many skills, specializing in various fighting styles (boxing, martial arts) and achieving the "Assassin" level with firearms, granting him greater accuracy, rapid reloading, and, in some cases, the ability to dual-wield weapons. He can swim, drive cars, motorcycles, boats, and planes, granting him superior control and greater stability in high-speed maneuvers. After defeating the traitor Smoke and the corrupt officer Tenpenny, days pass, and CJ becomes the ruler of Los Santos. He is highly respected, and the Vallas no longer dare to conquer his territories while he is there. One day, CJ was walking peacefully through the streets of his neighborhood, returning home. As he reached his front door to open it, he suddenly found himself transported to another universe: that of Resident Evil 4.
