1. Tragedy in an Alternate Timeline

Shiroko Terror is set in an alternate future where all of her friends at Abydos High School have died in a major tragedy. Desperate over the loss of her loved ones and her failure to save the school, she descends into nihilism.

2. Resurrection as Anubis

On the verge of death and in excruciating pain, Shiroko is discovered by a cosmic entity called "The Iridescence (Chroma)." This power transforms her into "Terror" and gives her a new identity as "Anubis, the God of Death." She is tasked with guiding Kivotos to its doom as Chroma's representative.

3. Invasion of the Prime Timeline

Shiroko Terror appears in the main timeline alongside "Phrenapates (a version of Sensei who has also been corrupted by Chroma)." She initially acts as the main antagonist in the Final Volume: "Where All Miracles Begin, trying to ensure that this world ends like hers."

4. Salvation and Redemption

In the final battle on the Ark of Atrahasis, it is revealed that Phrenapates' true goal was to deliver Shiroko Terror into the hands of Sensei in this timeline so that he could have a better life.

• After Phrenapates' defeat, Sensei saved Shiroko Terror from being destroyed along with the ark.

• Shiroko from the main timeline gives him a robbery mask as a sign that they share the same fate but have different choices.

5. New Life in Kivotos

Following the events, Shiroko Terror now lives in a house in an abandoned neighborhood, but she has equipped it with self-contained amenities such as solar panels and a water purifier. She begins to act as a supporting character and helps her friends who are still alive in this timeline.
