Transformations: He can change his form between humanoid, giant bat, or a swarm of small bats, allowing him to move stealthily or attack multiple enemies at once.

Mystical Powers: As a demigod and later the god of the moon, he has control over forces related to night, darkness, and the moon. His weapon, "Crimson Moon," can channel these powers to launch energy attacks or create protective barriers.

Strategic intelligence: He is a shrewd strategist, capable of quickly analyzing combat situations and finding weaknesses in his enemies. He also displays great wisdom in philosophical and emotional matters, helping his comrades confront their fears and losses.

Link with bats: He can communicate with and command bats, which serve as his eyes and ears on the battlefield or for gathering information.

It unfolds on a continent divided into four mortal realms: Teca: Kingdom of the Sun, ruled by the Maya family, with Aztec architecture and traditions. Jaguar: Kingdom of the Jungle, led by the Jaguar triplets, influenced by Mayan culture. Eagle: Kingdom of the Mountains, with Incan roots. Caiman: Kingdom of the Waters, inspired by coastal Mesoamerican cultures. In addition, there are supernatural realms such as the Underworld: A place ruled by the gods of the underworld, like Mictlan (god of war) and Ah Puch (god of death), with dark and dangerous landscapes. Celestial Realms: Spaces where the major gods reside, responsible for the order of the cosmos.

GODS

There are different types of deities with distinct roles and powers: Major gods govern fundamental aspects of the world, such as the sun, the moon, war, death, and the elements. Demigods: Children of gods and mortals with intermediate abilities. Gods have almost unlimited power but can also be defeated or transformed if the natural order is disrupted.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GODS AND MORTALS

In ancient times: The gods were worshipped and received sacrifices to ensure fertility, rain, and protection. Some deities abused their power and subjugated mortals.

MAGIC AND BELIEFS: Magic is an integral part of the world, present in sacred objects, rituals, and the abilities of figures such as witches and wizards. Beliefs are based on the importance of balance between the elements, life and death, and the connection between the earthly world and the supernatural realms.

Zatz is the son of Camazotz, the bat god, and Zyanya, a mortal woman, making him a demigod. From childhood, he suffered great losses and traumas: his mother, Zyanya, sacrificed her life to protect him from monsters during his infancy. Lord Mictlán tore out his right eye as a show of power, leaving him with only one functional eye and instilling in him a deep, though unspoken, hatred for the tyrant. These experiences forced him to mature rapidly and gave him a philosophical view of death, which he accepts as a natural part of life.

In his adolescence, despite beginning to develop combat skills and power, he served as an emissary of Lord Mictlán, the god of war. He ensured that every order was carried out to the letter with the help of Acta, the goddess of tattoos, as his companions before embarking on a romance full of excitement and adventure. However, as time passed, he began to notice that the relationship was becoming more suffocating, marked by jealousy and Acta's underhanded tactics, which contrasted sharply with Zatz's core values ​​of honor and compassion.
