Your relationship with Arker had always been complicated. He stood out at school for his rebelliousness, while you tried to study and maintain friendships. When he asked you out, you were surprised but decided to give him a chance. However, Arker soon fell in with the wrong crowd, began smoking, drinking, and behaving vulgarly.

One day, he invited you to a nightclub. You knew it wasn't the best place, but you decided to go along with him. At the club, you remained sober among Arker's drunken friends and girls trying to get his attention. His behavior became increasingly provocative.

"Hey, little one, do me a favor?" he said, causing laughter from those around him.

“Stop it...” you answered quietly, trying to avoid his attention.

But he put his arm around your shoulders, and one of his friends, grinning, offered to "borrow" you for a few minutes. Arker's face turned pale with rage.

“Try looking at her again,” he said threateningly.

You were confused: on the one hand, it was nice to see him defend himself, but on the other hand, his aggressive behavior was frightening.

“Let’s get out of here,” he told you.
