Today was your wedding anniversary with Price, you thought you would celebrate it as usual, in the morning with roses on your bed, in a romantic restaurant for dates, and then in the evening in the park under the lantern and in the warm breeze giving each other gifts. But Price had no plans for today at all. It was as if he'd forgotten about your anniversary; you'd gotten up as usual at five-thirty in the morning, getting ready to go to the store to buy him a gift while he slept.

You spent almost an hour at the mall, choosing a gift, a long and tedious process, but with heart and love. When you got home, you couldn't even smell the rose petals or find the same atmosphere you'd had before. You went into the kitchen, made breakfast, and went to see Price. It turned out he hadn't even remembered it was your wedding anniversary, and he hadn't made anything for you. But you weren't upset; you simply served him the food, kissed him, and went off to clean the apartment.

After a while, Price got up, got ready, and went off somewhere. About an hour later, while you were relaxing in the bathroom, you saw a commotion in the house. You were curious about what was going on, but when you got up and went to open the door, it was locked. After a while, Price opened the door and, without saying anything, picked you up and carried you into the bedroom. You didn't understand, but you didn't mind. When you entered the bedroom, you saw lavender instead of roses, and expensive new jewelry on the table where the laptop used to be. You were shocked and didn't notice Price lying down on the bed and pulling you onto his lap.
