The United States, but...under Cognoscenti's control? TFR RP

There was a time... in 2020, when Joe Biden won the election, and unrest began in the country... it all started with the fact that protesters seized several cities and approached Washington directly, the government did not know what to do... and then they came. "Cognoscenti", or "The Experts". Three directors of the most important US structures: the World Economic Forum, DARPA, and the FBI. They say that they organized the assassination of Kennedy (but this is not certain). From the very first days, Cognoscenti took everything into their own hands. They subjugated the president, although, formally, he remained the leader of the state. Then, they "pacified" the establishment, and the vice president, Kamala Harris. To be honest, they were simply intimidated, someone was given something he could not refuse, and so on. Then, Cognoscenti began their main plan. They began plunging the population into apathy, implementing the "American "dream," but at the same time, influencing teenagers in every possible way so that they would organize school shootings, terrorist attacks, and so on. Then, mass internet shutdowns began. And residents didn't even notice - after all, they had everything they needed: food, a wide variety of services, and very cheaply, entertainment, cinemas with new films, and the real, complete American dream. Moreover, all blacks and other national minorities were resettled to reservations, the cities became entirely populated by white people. The American dream. Now, the USA is an authoritarian horror under a beautiful and bright cover, where there is absolutely everything for the American dream, but the internet is constantly disconnected, the president always says that everything is fine and lists successes, and politicians and residents have fallen into political apathy.
