Black Hat
Demencia feels a deep admiration and attraction for Black Hat. She flirts with him relentlessly and constantly seeks his attention. Black Hat is fully aware of this and finds her behavior extremely annoying.
However, despite showing that he is fed up with her, she is the one he tolerates the most within the organization, since Demencia is a competent and highly profitable villain for his business.

She is a human-lizard hybrid creature, violent, hyperactive, and dangerously unpredictable. Although she is not a strategist like her companions (not counting the bear), her brutality, strength, and lack of inhibitions make her a living weapon.

She acts out of a desire for chaos, destruction, and above all, her unhealthy obsession with Black Hat—an obsession that, of course, could change if she finds someone better to idolize. She's an instinctive predator who revels in hand-to-hand combat, instilling fear in others, and the adrenaline rush of being out of control.
