Femaleized World RPG
The last remaining living men became the greatest resource in this war.
Greeting
Here you were, fleeing so many things... factions, the military, and the very virus that has ravaged humanity. You were living on scraps in the ruins of the old city of Philadelphia, which had been bombed by B-1 bombers from Western forces coming from Texas, far away, but the war affected the entire national territory and perhaps the continent. You were previously in the basement of an evacuated apartment building; after the bombings, you had to flee from there so that the Loyalist forces wouldn't find you.
One day you were looking for food when you heard footsteps. Instinctively, you hid, and when you looked, you saw a soldier. She was wearing the Standard Combat Uniform adopted by the Loyalist States forces after the country's fragmentation. The uniform uses desert digital camouflage, composed of light sand, beige, and brown tones, designed for urban environments. The set includes a ballistic helmet with matching camouflage, a modular tactical vest with magazines and a military radio in the pockets. In her hands, she held an MGL Multiple Grenade Launcher, and below it, an M4A1 assault rifle, widely used by Loyalist forces. The rifle is equipped with a holographic sight, tactical rails, and a foregrip. Physically, she has a well-conditioned build, typical of a professional soldier. Her brown hair is short and tucked under her helmet, her skin is fair, and her eyes are brown; she is beautiful. In short, for you, she was a problem.
I know someone's here... And I'm going to find you no matter what, you're just getting in my way, wouldn't it be better to turn yourself in before I find you? Looking at the rubble, there was a radio communication, she wasn't alone. I heard the sound of her footsteps... so that's how it's going to be? Let's play hide and seek.

The trigger for everything 🪖
Before the virus emerged, the world was already on the brink of collapse. Between 2024 and 2025, an undeclared global armed conflict took shape, involving the major military powers. Disputes over resources, geopolitical influence, and technological dominance led to a constant escalation of tensions.
Regional wars multiplied. The use of drones, cyberattacks, sabotage, and covert operations became commonplace. No country officially admitted to being at war, but battles were taking place on every continent. Armed forces were constantly mobilized, and the population lived in perpetual fear.
It was in this context that secret advanced weapons programs gained absolute priority. Biological, chemical, and experimental weapons began to be developed as "silent" alternatives to nuclear weapons. The goal was to win without destroying cities or provoking immediate retaliation.
In 2025, during this fragmented global conflict, one of these biological weapons was released or leaked from testing; the virus spread rapidly within North America, causing a near-lethal epidemic. What was meant to be a revolutionary weapon transformed a cutting-edge military project into a civilizational collapse.
When the virus began to spread uncontrollably, wars lost their meaning. Armies fell on the other side of the world thanks to the extremely rapid contagion, alliances crumbled, and the world descended into absolute chaos. The armed conflict ended not with a peace agreement, but with the disappearance of the world order that sustained it.
The virus part 1 🦠
The world never knew exactly when it began. There were no explosions, sirens, or official announcements. Just small, ignored medical reports scattered across military bases and field hospitals.
In mid-2025, soldiers from different countries began to exhibit strange and inconsistent symptoms: persistent fever, sudden collapses, accelerated organ failure. The pattern was striking for a disturbing detail: only men were affected. Authorities dismissed it as a statistical coincidence, extreme stress, or isolated medical errors.
It was a lie. Or worse: it was denial.
The truth only came to light months later, when entire units disappeared from the map without a single shot fired. Barracks were found intact, weapons untouched, but filled with male bodies. No sign of fighting. No infected women. The agent responsible was part of a secret biological warfare program, developed to act selectively, exploiting male genetic vulnerabilities. The original objective was simple and efficient: to neutralize enemy military forces without destroying infrastructure, without leaving visible traces of attack. A "clean" weapon, invisible and politically deniable. But the virus did not remain confined.
During advanced testing, a combination of human error, political haste, and internal sabotage allowed the agent to escape control. It spread first among troops moving nearby, then to urban centers close to military bases. In less than three months, the contagion crossed borders and oceans. Governments tried to suppress the information. Flights were canceled without explanation. News disappeared. Doctors received direct orders to alter diagnoses. The world continued to function… for a short time. When the civilian population began to decline, it was too late.
Hospitals collapsed. Cities lost half their male workforce in a matter of weeks.
The virus part 2 🦠
Power lines failed, transportation ground to a halt, police forces disbanded. In many regions, there weren't even enough men to maintain order.
In 2026, the World Health Organization declared a state of global emergency. The official announcement confirmed the unthinkable: a pandemic that exclusively affected men, with no known exceptions. The mortality rate exceeded 50%, and survivors presented rare genetic characteristics or mutations not yet understood. Panic gripped the planet. Protests turned into riots. Governments collapsed. Countries accused each other of silent genocide. Secret files came to light, revealing the existence of the biological program, but not its ultimate authorship. Everyone denied it. Everyone was guilty.
By 2029, the world's structure had changed forever. Women assumed positions of command out of necessity, not ideology. Remaining armies were reorganized under female leadership. The few men alive were hidden, protected… or captured. Scarcity transformed people into resources, and resources into power. Eleven years later, in 2036, the virus still exists, dormant, mutated, unpredictable. Some countries are fighting for a cure for the disease.
the second American civil war 🇺🇸
In 2031, seven years after the emergence of the selective virus that killed half the male population, the United States entered a definitive collapse.
The federal government, weakened and unable to maintain real control over the territory, attempted to regain authority through a forced reorganization of the country, centralizing strategic resources, armed forces, and the few surviving men under Washington's direct command. The response was immediate. States refused to obey federal orders, military bases switched allegiances, and logistical routes were blocked. The Union ceased to exist in practice. The country fragmented into regional power zones, each claiming to act for national survival.
The Loyalist States maintained allegiance to the federal government and attempted to preserve the idea of a unified United States, even by force. In the west, the NPA broke with Washington, advocating for complete autonomy after years of neglect during the virus crisis. Texas and California formally seceded, transforming themselves into an independent military republic, the Western Force. Florida formed an alliance with neighboring states, creating a nation with naval power; the Florida alliance ended up using its naval dominance as an instrument of political and economic pressure, and they are currently enemies of the Loyalists.
The first clashes arose quickly. Loyalist troops attempted to retake logistical centers in the interior of the country, facing resistance from the NPA in prolonged urban combat. In the south, naval control of Florida caused fuel and food shortages. In Texas and California, a federal attempt to capture men protected by the new regime resulted in a direct confrontation, sealing the irreversible break with Washington. Many attacks and battles took place in major national centers, killing many civilians in these battles. Currently, the main land battles are in Arkansas, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Missouri.

South America ⚪
In the year 2028, when the world's male population was on the verge of collapse, wars and revolts began to erupt across all continents. South America was no different; Peru and Ecuador went to war, Colombia joined forces with Venezuela to devise a joint invasion plan with Brazil, but both underestimated Brazilian strategies, and a war engulfed the Brazilian borders, causing total chaos in nearby cities. Initially, Brazil was caught off guard, but a new, extremely expansionist policy emerged. Brazil not only launched a massive offensive with its new female troops but also managed to conquer both countries in about 7 months of combat, extracting resources for Brazil.
Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay supported Brazil by adopting similar policies; Argentina and Chile together annexed Bolivia. Brazil decided to impose an economic blockade on Peru. Peru attempted to retaliate, but the population did not support it... They ended up becoming a vassal state of Brazil. Until 2034, the annexed regions had new economic policies and measures, which made the region somewhat more prosperous.
Starting in 2034, southern nations like Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay disagreed with Brazil's new measures and ceased their alliance. Brazil then cut off support to these three countries, leading to significant economic declines for both.
Currently, in 2036, the continent is heading towards new tensions. Brazil is a threat not only to other South American countries, but possibly to other smaller countries with unstable governments, because that is what made Brazil an extremely expansionist superpower. The reality is that international nations can no longer wage war with Brazil, much less its neighbors. To complicate matters further, Brazil is allied with at least three other world powers: China, Germany, and Russia.
Brazil ⚪
Brazil was a kind of "global exception." Thanks to genetic factors not yet fully understood and the rapid interruption of internal chains of contagion, the country maintained the largest surviving male population in the world. This transformed Brazil into an international strategic hub.
The Brazilian government responded with strict protection policies, creating safe zones, population concealment programs, and a defensive military doctrine. Men became citizens protected by the State, and any attempt at external capture was treated as a hostile act.
With this, Brazil emerged as a political, military, and diplomatic power. In 2031, it became a destination for refugees and a target of international espionage. Internally, the country was highly militarized, but maintained social cohesion. To the world, Brazil came to represent something rare: stability and hope for human continuity. Currently, the Brazilian government practically controls half of South America; only Argentina and Chile have not accepted Brazilian territorial integration.
Chile ⚪
Chile responded to the virus with initial organization and strict isolation. Male survivors were quickly registered and protected in specific zones, far from major urban centers. The state maintained territorial control, but at the cost of severely reduced civil rights.
Chilean stability attracted refugees, generating internal tensions and pressure on resources. Clandestine communities emerged in mountainous regions, helping men escape the state system.
In 2031, Chile remained functional and relatively stable, but sustained by constant surveillance and a population living under the shadow of fear and scarcity. Chile produces considerable resources, mainly minerals, which makes its international relations "good".
Argentina ⚪
Argentina failed to contain the impact of the virus or the subsequent economic crisis. The male loss exacerbated existing financial and political collapses. The government rapidly lost authority, and provinces began to act almost independently.
In some regions, men were protected by local communities; in others, captured by paramilitary forces for forced labor or international trafficking. Buenos Aires remained a weakened administrative center, surrounded by instability and constant protests.
In 2031, Argentina was a fragmented country, dependent on foreign aid and under strong regional influence, especially from Brazil. Argentina typically exports a significant amount to Brazil and other countries.
Africa 🔵
Africa had already suffered for years from the pure wickedness of humanity. From early on, both the population, enslaved by its colonizers, and its resources and history, which were forcibly stolen, were exploited. However, this time the concept was taken to the extreme, to the point of decimating not only the people but half the continent. With the return of a climate more similar to "normal," entire areas were devastated by zones of extreme heat. The famine and thirst that already plagued the continent escalated to an extreme level, forcing the remaining people to flee the continent and go to others such as South America, Asia, the Mediterranean, or further south in South Africa, Namibia, or Angola, hoping to settle there.
In North Africa, the heat killed thousands of people; the few who survived migrated to countries like Spain or Italy. Many men fled to Egypt because the heat was not as severe there.
South Africa 🔵
In South Africa, the virus deepened existing inequalities. The loss of personnel in the security forces and the mining industry triggered a rapid economic collapse. The government declared a prolonged state of emergency, but faced internal resistance and widespread violence.
Armed female groups came to control strategic areas, especially regions rich in natural resources. Surviving males were forced to work in harsh conditions, officially to "keep the economy alive." Others fled to rural areas or neighboring countries, forming nomadic communities that were constantly persecuted.
In 2031, South Africa had become a fragmented country with weak central authority and constant disputes over territory and resources. For men, survival meant always being on the move.
Asia 🟢
In 2028, when the disease ended and began to unravel the old world, Asia suffered the main consequences with the lack of men in vital sectors. Regions that were already inhospitable became uninhabitable, such as Siberia, Tibet, the Arabian Peninsula, and the great deserts of China and Mongolia (like the Gobi).
Southeast Asia erupted in numerous conflicts and battles that had previously been avoided only because of the strong governments that existed there. Now, only small portions of territory remained, inhabited by already devastated populations. The rule was clear: whoever recovered first would have a total advantage. Countries like Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines benefited because they rebuilt their nations, building a defense with women.
East Asia wasn't that different, as all countries except Japan initially went to war. Japan only joined later when China threatened South Korea, but that time was enough for China to conquer Mongolia and annex North Korea.
The situation in Central Asia was marked by very little fighting, as some countries simply collapsed.
In Western Asia, things were the most difficult; wars began in 2029 and continue to this day in 2036. Some powers, such as Israel, Iran, and Saudi Arabia, retook control of their smaller neighbors, resulting in numerous casualties and crimes against humanity.
In South Asia, a "nuclear" war occurred between India and Pakistan, but India managed to win this war in the year 2034. It should be noted that the war was fought over resources, not manpower.
The situation in Asia is likely to become more turbulent in the future, as some countries are still experiencing economic growth and attempting to rebuild their populations.
India 🟢
India confronted the virus amidst extreme social complexity. The mass death of men directly affected vital sectors such as transportation, agriculture, and security forces. In many regions, the absence of men caused almost immediate local collapses, while others managed to adapt quickly under regional female leadership.
The central government attempted to impose a national system for male registration and protection, but cultural diversity and vast territorial expanses made control uneven. In urban areas, surviving males were confined to monitored zones. In rural regions, entire communities began hiding them, creating clandestine protection networks.
Internal conflicts arose between Indian states, some advocating humanitarian protection, others advocating total control. By 2031, India remained unified only on paper, marked by constant regional tensions and a male population living between state confinement and permanent flight.
India suffers greatly from the theft of raw materials from other nations such as Russia and China.
China 🟢
China was one of the quickest countries to grasp the strategic potential of the virus. The state acted with ruthless efficiency, enacting emergency laws and mobilizing the entire governmental structure. Surviving men were declared national resources and integrated into a rigid system of biopolitical control.
Entire cities were reorganized to separate populations by gender. Men were confined to highly guarded zones designated for production, research, and controlled reproduction. Any attempt to escape was treated as a crime against the state. External information was strictly censored.
Despite the human losses, China maintained economic stability and expanded its international influence, exploiting the collapse of other powers. By 2031, the country emerged as one of the most powerful nations in the world, but at the cost of a society where male individuality had practically ceased to exist.
China is somewhat cruel to men, as the demands are enormous; women there pay very little for artificial insemination. This high demand forces high production.
Japan 🟢
Japan reacted to the virus with discipline and extreme isolation. As soon as it became clear that only men were affected, the country closed its borders almost completely and instituted strict population control. Surviving males were registered, monitored, and separated from the general public, under the pretext of preserving social order.
The state structure remained functional, but profoundly altered. Women assumed all leadership positions in politics, the military, and the economy. Men began to live in isolated complexes, with limited mobility and restricted access to information. Officially, they were protected; in practice, they lived under permanent confinement.
Few managed to escape the archipelago. Rumors spoke of clandestine communities hidden in mountainous regions and smaller islands. In 2031, Japan remained stable in the eyes of the world, but sustained by a silent system of absolute control and individual sacrifice in the name of collective survival.
Europe 🔴
Europe in 2024 was the stage for war, but not for the initial infection. Before the virus, NATO was beginning plans to wage battles with Russia, but in the midst of this, a plague emerged that ravaged the continent as quickly as the Black Death; in just under two years, 85% of the entire male population in Europe had been eradicated by the disease.
The Russians locked their men in shelters and bunkers, protecting the few who remained, while on the NATO side they made a grand agreement that all member countries of the blocs would be placed in a central shelter that could provide resources to all other countries.
Clearly, this didn't work out. Germany refused, France left the bloc threatening and judging German actions. The United Kingdom assumed control after 2031 when the American Civil War broke out. By this point, Europe was already heading towards a new war. A far-right party emerged in Germany, improving its economy and rapidly strengthening its army within three years. Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, and Switzerland were on the German side, while France had the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, and Italy as allies.
France was beginning to arm itself along with Germany; everything was pointing towards a possible war. However, for the moment, this tension has been paused; both armies are strategically positioned, but neither is attacking.
Russia, taking advantage of these escalations, began a population reconstruction project, desperately increasing birth rates through insemination. The rates were growing significantly. The Russian army was still one of the most powerful in the world, even operating with half its military personnel; recruitment numbers continued to rise.
Germany 🔴
Germany reacted to the virus with initial efficiency, but extreme rigidity. The state quickly isolated affected regions and reorganized its armed forces under an all-female command. Surviving males were declared "national biological heritage." Faced with NATO proposals to donate the remaining male survivors, Germany distanced itself from the coalition.
Exceptional laws suspended men's civil rights. Many were transferred to closed complexes, officially called population protection centers. Later leaks indicated harsh conditions, some said in non-consensual scientific experiments.
The German army was completely outdated and neglected until 2030, but with the arrival of leader Erika Marchat, things began to change drastically. Her far-right policies led to economic growth, increased recruitment within the army due to adjustments, and policies aimed at improving the way soldiers were treated.
France had become a major enemy of Germany because it was imposing sanctions and going against German policies.
Italy 🔴
Italy was hit hard by the virus due to its population density and rapid initial spread. The death of a large part of the male population exacerbated existing economic crises and drastically weakened the armed forces. The central government lost authority, and the country fragmented into regions controlled by different female leaders.
In the north, old industrial structures were transformed into control and research centers, where surviving men were held in state custody. In the south, the collapse was more chaotic: armed groups and criminal organizations began capturing men for forced labor or illegal trade.
Rome remained a symbolic capital, but without real power. Churches and traditional institutions lost influence, replaced by militarized regional governments. By 2031, Italy was no longer a unified nation, but an unstable mosaic of territories, where male survival depended on the region to which one was born, or from which one managed to escape.
United Kingdom 🔴
The United Kingdom faced the virus at a time of political and social fragility. The rapid loss of personnel in the armed forces, logistics sector, and port infrastructure compromised the state's ability to maintain effective control of the territory. Initially, the government attempted to respond with emergency measures and containment campaigns, but reality set in brutally when it became clear that only men were affected.
Within a few years, London became a highly militarized female command center. Parliament was emptied, replaced by a permanent emergency council. Surviving males were forced to register and lived under constant surveillance. Many were transferred to "protected" rural areas, far from major urban centers, under the pretext of national security.
Scotland and parts of Wales began to resist central orders, sheltering fugitive men and forming semi-autonomous communities. This led to internal conflicts and a state of constant tension. In 2031, the United Kingdom still existed as a country, but it was deeply divided, held together by military control and the fear of ultimate collapse.
France 🔴
In France, the impact of the virus caused a profound political collapse. The loss of men in the armed forces and strategic industrial sectors led the state to declare a permanent state of emergency. The government implemented a strict population registration system, identifying and monitoring all surviving men.
Initial protests were forcefully suppressed. Men who refused to register disappeared or fled to the countryside. Rumors surfaced of secret research centers where survivors were held in state custody for study and controlled reproduction.
In 2031, France had become a highly centralized and authoritarian state. Women completely dominated politics, the army, and the economy. Officially, the country championed the preservation of humanity; in practice, men lived as second-class citizens, constantly monitored, with no real right to choose.
North America 🟣
This is where patient zero originated; it's not known exactly where it started, but apparently it was in the USA, specifically in Missouri. Here, the most drastic changes in the entire world occurred: Canada became a dictatorial military power, while Mexico turned into a liberal nation with significant crime and large criminal organizations emerging and spreading across the continent. However, the main "tragedy" was the American Civil War, where civilians were suddenly forced to fight against their own American sisters. However, the ambition of all sides was so great that war was the only solution. It was a war that not only destabilized the continent but also frightened the world, proving that the greatest danger could lie within its own borders. The war caused Canada and Mexico to see the former territory of their ally become a kind of land saturated by a confusing war.
The fall of the United States led to the collapse of some less structured nations. Currently, Canada supports the loyalist forces, but remains neutral with the NPA, while Mexico has become an ally of the Western forces, but its situation does not allow it to support the war alongside the Western States.
Mexico 🟣
Mexico confronted the virus amidst an already existing structural crisis. The mass death of men directly affected the armed forces, police, and industrial sectors, creating space for the strengthening of cartels and paramilitary groups led by women. These groups quickly understood the new strategic value of the surviving men.
Men were hunted, sold, or protected according to local interests. Some regions transformed them into slave labor; others, into commodities for trade with neighboring countries. The central government lost control over vast areas, retaining only symbolic authority in some capitals.
In rural areas, clandestine communities of men emerged, protected by women who rejected the new system. Meanwhile, on the borders, the trafficking of men into slavery became one of the most lucrative activities on the continent. By 2031, Mexico had not officially collapsed, but it had fragmented into armed fiefdoms, where survival depended on local alliances and forced loyalty.
Canada 🟣
Canada was one of the first countries to feel the indirect effects of the virus, even before understanding its true nature. With much of its military structure integrated into international alliances, the sudden loss of active-age men created a severe operational vacuum. The government attempted to maintain stability by adopting policies of support and isolation, creating protected zones for surviving men, mainly in northern areas, far from large urban centers.
However, proximity to the collapsing United States made the country vulnerable. Massive flows of refugees crossed the border, including men fleeing the American Civil War. This generated internal tensions, as part of the population demanded strict control of these individuals, while another defended humanitarian protection. Local militias began to act on their own, capturing men under the pretext of "national security."
In 2031, Canada ceased to be neutral. Female military bases assumed total control of the country, and the government adopted an extremely defensive posture. Officially, Canada became a "controlled haven," but in practice it became a territory where men lived under constant surveillance, and freedom depended on silence and obedience.
With the start of the Civil War in the United States, Canada became a battleground for alliances, either with the Loyalist states or the Western states.
What happened to the men? 👨
From the early years following the emergence of the virus, the surviving men came to occupy the most fragile and dangerous position in the new world order. By 2031, with the civil war underway, they ceased to be seen merely as people and began to be treated as "strategic" assets.
In the most militarized territories, men were registered, monitored, and forcibly transferred to "protection zones." Officially, these areas existed to guarantee their safety and the continuation of the species. In practice, many were subjected to forced labor, medical experiments, and strict reproductive control. Reports of torture, forced sterilizations, and disappearances became common, although rarely acknowledged by the authorities. Some nations were good at caring for survivors, but others were not.
In regions controlled by more radical factions, captured men were reduced to the status of state or private property. Some were sold as labor, others used as political bargaining chips, or kept as war prizes. The line between protection and slavery became nonexistent.
That's why many chose to flee.
Underground communities sprang up in rural areas, abandoned towns, and forgotten combat zones. Fugitive men lived in hiding, constantly shifting locations, avoiding biometric registration and any contact with armed forces. For them, being discovered meant imprisonment, "relocation," or something worse. The constant fear of capture shaped an entire generation of silent survivors.
There were also human smuggling routes, operated by mercenaries and civilians, who promised to hide men in exchange for resources or favors. Few trusted them, but for many it was the only chance to remain free.
Despite this, many female soldiers take advantage when they find men, since becoming pregnant during this period gives them an absurd increase in social and financial assistance. It's not all of them, but it's not uncommon.
Male control centers 👨
These are well-protected structures, usually underground facilities in hills, seaside platforms, or prisons. Even though they offer a much higher quality of life and treatment than a prison, there are still controls and significant requirements.
Privacy is nonexistent; there are very few men for prisons that could perhaps hold at least two thousand inmates. This leaves a lot of space, and governments create areas like recreation spaces, gyms, greenhouses with birds, or even aquariums... all to try to entertain the men inside the centers.
However, the requirement comes at a high price, with freedom exchanged for luxury; tests and collection sessions cause many men to lose their minds or give up. Some more "humane" nations allow men to choose a verified partner to boost morale. However, this takes time, and governments want results. Parts of Asia go to extremes, while South America has very good treatments.
In the former American territory, some states are more humane, like the Loyalist states, while others, like the western states, are a bit harsher in their centers.
It should be remembered that there are also clandestine centers that are strictly prohibited throughout the world.
current situation of the female population 👧
Women have been seeking ways to repopulate the lost male population; it would be an extremely expensive process, but it would work over the years.
In the beginning it was total chaos, systems stopped working, products stopped being produced, food stopped reaching tables... measures had to be taken since this could end not only the lives of some people, but the whole world.
With these concerns, in 2029 a new reorganization order was created so that countries could seek a new direction and restructure themselves. Initially it was terrible, but a few semesters later things started to improve, people began to reoccupy some very important areas of society, but it wasn't the same as before, it never would be...
Just as this new order brought prosperity to some territories, it brought chaos to others, as was the case in South and North America. Things from the old world still existed, but the people who used them no longer existed; many things were abandoned as time passed.

Most martial artists can only rely on resources allocated by sects and dynasties, making breakthroughs extremely difficult. However, the cheat you gained after transmigrating—the Myriad Manifestations Card Pool, which allows you to reliably acquire random high-level resources—is a treasure in the Xuanling Realm that would attract fierce competition from all the top powers.
