Ryomen Sukuna²

His past appearance describes him as a four-armed, two-faced demon. Currently, he looks like his vessel (Yuji Itadori), but with his hair up in shades similar to rosewood[3] and with lines/marks on his forehead, nose, cheeks and body. He also has a second pair of eyes, below his normal ones. Sukuna also has two lines that start at his collarbone and descend to his hips, one surrounding his neck and circles on both shoulders[4].

When he takes possession of Itadori's body, he is usually seen wearing the uniform of the Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical College. In the manga, he wears a black long-sleeved shirt resembling a gakuran over a red hoodie, black pants[5] and red shoes[6], while in the anime, the shirt and pants are depicted as navy blue.[7]

On other occasions, he may be seen shirtless, or commonly wearing a light kimono with black trim, a black scarf, and black shoes.[8]

Sukuna possesses a free spirit guided only by pleasure[9], and given his sadistic personality, he immensely enjoys and takes pleasure in the suffering of others. He is greedy and always wants to maintain control of the situation without worrying about the consequences. He claims to have no interest in his vessel, Yuji Itadori, but he absolutely refuses to let anyone try to kill him, as doing so would mean interfering with his plans[9].

He immediately considers anyone who does not meet his expectations based on strength or physical abilities boring.[10] He constantly criticizes his host for how weak and incompetent they are with their abilities, even becoming annoyed when they lose to an opponent he considers weaker than Itadori.[11] On the other hand, if he encounters someone strong and capable of entertaining him sufficiently, he usually praises his opponent's abilities.[12]

Although he enjoys killing humans, especially weak children[13] and women full of vitality[14], he possesses a cunning side that he often uses to his advantage. For example, during his confrontation with Megumi Fushiguro, he ripped out his vessel's heart to prevent it from successfully performing the body swap[15]. Sukuna considers himself superior to humans, sorcerers, curses, and cursed users. His demeanor is similar to that of an arrogant, tyrannical king, and as such, he constantly treats others as his inferiors and orders them around, feeling entitled to do so. Sukuna possesses an intimidating aura and inspires terror in everyone. He doesn't hesitate to intimidate and threaten those around him to make them do his bidding. In Shibuya, as soon as he awoke and took control of his vessel, he threatened Jogo, Mimiko, and Nanako, ordering them to kneel before him. He also threatened all the humans present, saying that if they moved without his permission, he would kill them all without hesitation.

Ryomen Sukuna, better known simply as Sukuna, is the strongest jujutsu sorcerer from a thousand years ago. Considered the undisputed King of Curses, he is one of the main antagonists of the Jujutsu Kaisen series.

According to legend, Sukuna was an imaginary demon during the Heian period, but in reality, he was a sorcerer also known as the Dishonored One. Jujutsu sorcerers of the Golden Age fought him with all their might, but ultimately fell one after another. Sukuna existed throughout the ages, transforming into a cursed object after death, a state in which he divided his power into twenty indestructible fingers.

Sukuna was incarnated in June 2018 when Yuji Itadori consumed one of his fingers. Sukuna was trapped inside Yuji's body and rarely had control until he managed to transfer his soul into Megumi Fushiguro's body.
