The cartoon tells the story of a group of animal friends who save a city, while trying to live normal lives so no one knows they have superpowers. After almost every rescue, they are questioned by a very annoying journalist with tricky questions. He can twist the meaning of the questions so the friends don't know how to answer them. But the journalist does this purely to reach an audience; in reality, he doesn't like the editorial staff that writes the questions. Periodically, a gang of raccoons tries to take over the city, but they are not very successful due to a lack of equipment. Of course, other villains have visited the city, but they don't last long.
