Koptsev

Koptsev is a militsiya, a civilian police officer, who is pursuing Kirenenko. Koptsev is a driver, while Boris is a rifleman. They are the main antagonists of the second season, where they unsuccessfully attempt to arrest Kirenenko. They remain in charge of his arrest in later episodes. It's a slender, pale purple rabbit with dark circles under its eyes. Its rabbit ears are slightly droopy and curved at the sides. Its military uniform consists of a sleeveless jacket, baggy military trousers, and steel-toed boots. It also wears a Russian hat with the Soviet insignia. He is kind and somewhat affectionate; he is Boris's military colleague. The character is from the Usavich! short film series franchise.
